It's perfect for family/group of friends to enjoy some quality time <3 Do go out for the forest walk nearby and enjoy the pristine beauty. (don't litter please)

This was one of the best places I have visited in Uttrakhand. The view was spectacular and the property is beautiful. The rooms are nice and spacious and offer a balcony to sit and enjoy the view. The staff is very polite and super accommodating. Visiting the Elphinstone in Jalna is an experience no one should miss.

This was my first time in bhimtal and I’m very pleased & thankful that I happen to choose this property! It was like a home away from home ! I have never experienced such warmth from a host..( Neha) 🥰 When I first spoke to Neha , it left like I’m talking to a friend she made sure that our stay was completely up to the mark just the way we wanted … I was in Magpie Retreat for 3 night with my family , all the staff was so good ! Hospitality was just 100% Not to miss the view … There was definitely a magic , we could experience, magic happing around in the weather! Exceptionally beautiful 😍 Food was just the way we wanted … The chef was awesome tooo :) Everyone room had a personal touch with the interior , it was like every room is a resort in its own self ! A must visit ! Thanks

Mr Sunando is an excellent host. He personally guides guests all through. He dropped in to ascertain that we were comfortable and settled. The staff -Subhash, Umaid, Bhagat were keen to meet our requirements. The cottage is located on a hill side, in a beautiful area, along tiger trail. Perfect place for environment and nature lovers including birding and trekking. The complementary breakfast was fresh, well cooked and wholesome. We enjoyed all the meals at the property itself. They arrange pick and drop from a designated parking on the road, in their own 4 wheel drives. All in all a very pleasant stay. They welcome pets. We went with our cat.

Ramgarh retreat is a beautiful and meticulous house, where someone has taken real pains to keep things warm. Located in picturesque Ramgarh, the views from Villa are breath taking. We stayed here from 2nd to 7th July and thoroughly enjoyed the floating clouds amidst hills. The two gardens are well maintained and lovely flowers can be see everywhere. Even the rooms are relatively big with all the comforts imagined in a luxury hotel. Such facilities in hills is rarely seen. The food is simple and the cook Lalit prepares according to one's taste. The caretaker Vikram goes extra miles for guests.The owner Aditi was really helpful on phone.We will love to visit the place again.(the only unfortunate thing was there was some construction going on in the property at the time of our stay, which disturbed the peace of the place. Hence it was difficult to sit outside during daytime.) Considering the rest, it is one of the best properties to be visited in hills.

Just loved the place. Serene, calm and beautiful Raju, Beeru and Dharampal ji weren exceptional staff, eager and courteous and very polite The rooms were thoughtfully decorated, no hassle paper work , and the best part was the lip smacking food prepared by them. They were kind enough to incorporate all your requests Loved the place , would love to go back

It's a great place, outstanding view, and truly warm and helpful staff. The resort has not tarnished the nature around. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The climb from the parking was way steeper and tougher than we thought, although finishing it was fun. Much better experience than most mountain resorts.

The place is exactly as seen as the photos. The rooms are a bit small but the stay is at a high altitude, justifying the same. Deorital trek entrance is 1 min away. Water can be a problem since monkeys reign havoc in the area. The road farther up makes for a great morning walk and gives a panoramic view of Sari village. Only downside was that the food was a little on the costlier side but then that happens when the nearest market is 20 km away. Dev is a great host and makes it easy to feel at home. Will recommend this property. ❤️❤️

We had an incredible stay at Sunbird Retreat in Pangoon. Nestled amidst nature, this place offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Whether you're into nature walks, meditation, or simply soaking in the beauty of the landscape, Subbird Retreat has something for everyone. Our pet Tyson thoroughly enjoyed his stay and had the most amazing time of his life.

2km away 😒from TUNGNATH MAHADEV main entrance where you have to begin your journey and you need to pay extra to host to get you from the spot we have already paid you 14k he would have given us some small perks to pick us for free it's not a big deal 🤝. Photos are old needs to update current scenario of the site though site is very good. Person who was assisted us was not quite guest friendly don't know how treat guest friendly and make some formal good relation . He was focusing on charges instead of giving us a delightful experience. Breakfast has no option whatever they prepare you needs to eat if you'll ask for an option they will directly come to the charges instead of he would offer us some options only one cup of tea you will get no option though having a very cold weather 🥶we would have given the extra charges but looks likes he was denying us. You'll have to pay for hot water 💦 disgusting 😞 water is iced cold 🥶 overall So-So tha 😅 we started our journey from Mumbai🤝

We had a fantastic time at Myrica cottages. It checks all the boxes for a vacation where you just want to relax and unwind in the middle of nature. The Location: Beautiful, peaceful and completely isolated, but easily accessible. If you are looking for a quiet place away from the hustle & bustle of the city life, then this is the place. Also there are some nice treks in the vicinity which you can do at leisure. One of those will take you to the Himalaya view point and the other to a nice, pristine water stream. the Location is fabulous. The Stay: The cottages are very tastefully done and are a perfect setting for a chilled out relaxing time either for couples or even for a group. The food: Since there is nothing in the vicinity, you will have to rely on everything from their kitchen, but the good thing is that Prakash cooks excellent food and you dont feel like you are missing anything. The Hosts: Extremely friendly and helpful. All the best to the team for future.

I booked this stay for its views and it is also near Tungnath, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. The views of the snowy peaks are magical..you won’t want to go anywhere else. What made it even more special was the amazing host, Mr. Shantanu. His guidance, communication, and warmth made me feel completely safe and welcome. The mud rooms are super cozy, and the peaceful surroundings are perfect for those seeking silence, nature, and adventure. I also visited a lovely little lake next to the property. Their dog Yamika is adorable. the cafe is perfect for reading while enjoying delicious coffee. I was worried about food, but every meal felt like homemade comfort..just wow. The only thing I’d suggest is adding a swing or hammock in the garden. Overall, a true gem in the Himalayas. I highly recommend spending at least a week here. Thank you for this wonderful experience! Once again thank you so much for such wonderful experience...already missing yamika🐕 and the view ❤️

I stayed at Althea for a few days recently to celebrate my wife’s birthday and we had waited a long time for the day to arrive so that we can book this place for the special occasion. And Homfortable did not disappoint! It is a very beautiful luxury property with very gorgeous views. Fabulous location, great hospitality! There are multiple treks all around and the forest is very vast and beautiful to walk in. You feel totally disconnected from your daily life just by entering this place. We have stayed at many places but had such amazing food with this kind of variety after a long time in this Kumaon region. Kumaoni cuisine to Indian to Chinese to Continental to Italian - taste to classy presentation! Everything is just perfect. They also gave us an experience of cooking Bichu Ghas sabzi in a special Kumaoni kitchen with the chef. And we were served ajwain tea with aloo gutke while chatting with chef and giving the cooking a try on a desi chulha. It was a very unique experience! Most importantly, the special candle light dinner experience under the stars to celebrate my wife’s bday will always stay unforgettable! True to its name, Homfortable is truly that. Highly highly recommended.

I 100% recommend this place. The location is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and well furnished and there is beautiful space outside to spend time and have an amazing view. More than anything, we enjoyed the kind and helpful team at this place and the helpful and friendly communication with the host. Try to come when it's not freezing anymore, as in the area heating is not so common and it might get cold. The house and garden is a peaceful place to rest and a good starting point to enjoy the powerful and beautiful places in the area.

The location is beautiful, and our host varun is so helpful, property is neat and clean, rooms are big and spacious and the view from the balcony is breathtaking, highly recommended..

I loved my stay at Pithundi, it was just what I needed. It was peaceful and still, the internet and set up worked well for me here to be able to get through my work and study. I slept well - the beds and rooms were comfortable - and there is a lovely garden out the front to sit and watch the clouds pass over the mountains. I went on a few walks over the mountain trails around the guesthouse and the landscape and scenery were stunning - patches of dense oak and rhododendron forests, thick with ferns; amazing views of the terraced fields and villages in the valleys down below. And I was well looked after - Prem Singh Ji was so accommodating and the meals were delicious. Thank you for a lovely stay and a much needed break.

Thanks for the stay, if heater is provided without charge or at affordable rate,would be great.Also if geyser in cottage would be available, our stay would have been better.
