The place is so beautiful and it's away from noise of the city . Plus the host is super amazing and also the caretaker of the property is super humble and an amazing cook .

It was my first visit through airbnb.It was much above than my expectations.The place was so good with so beautiful weather. Even the owner and the caretaker were so kind and helful in every way.They let us even cook on our own and lit a bofire for us too.Rooms were so well maintained and clean.Caretaker there cooks so good and delicious food.I and my friends enjoyed a lottt..Thankou Ms.Versha for such cottage and facility you are providing.It was my best new year ever.

I stayed in Old Will Cottage for 1 days, and I had a great experience. The ambience was perfect, and the food quality was outstanding. The location of the cottage is perfect for people who want to visit nearby tourist attractions. The staff there was always helpful and friendly. I had a very comfortable stay with all the facilities you need in your room, like free wifi, television, bathroom amenities, etc. They provide 24-hour customer service, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend this stay to everyone who wants to enjoy their holiday or weekend getaway in Bhimtal!

We had a memorable stay here. The home is full of thoughtful little touches—local books, warm nooks, and a reading corner. The hosts were incredibly proactive, checking in often and even helping us put together a tailored itinerary that matched our pace. The approach to the house was thrilling and the team made sure that we were always assisted. The authentic Kumaoni thali they curated was one of the highlights. Since all of us have an avid interest in birdwatching, the hosts arranged a birdwatching tour for us at Sattal Lake. Even at the house, we were surrounded by birds that frequented the birdbaths and feeders, which seemed hidden in plain sight. The sheer expanse of the lawns was a bonus as it gave us the space to play and spend time together after a really long while.

We came here to get away from the stressful, hot and polluted city life and found the calm and peace we were looking for at this boutique homestay. The valley and snow peak views were mesmerising, delicious foods made by the friendly caretaker and his family in the local and traditional cuisine were soul fulfilling which made it a perfect mountain escape. The best part was the farm fresh food from their own personal organic farms. We would definitely love to come here again

Bessies cottage is a wonderful place in Peora. Located in a very peaceful surrounding with a driveway, it has three bedrooms two on the groudfloor and one on the top floor adjoining the terrace. The place is very clean with amenities like heater, kettle, geyser, washing machine and fridge required for a great stay. The lawn adjoining the house is very pretty with beautiful flowers and sitting area. On a clear day there is a great view of the snow clad range from the lawn and the terrace. The highlight of the stay was the personal attention by Kamal bhaiya the caretaker who not only cooked delicious meals as per our taste but also pampered to every need. Extremely polite he takes care of all guests like his own family. We had a wonderful time and would love to visit again.

Our stay here was honestly a dream! The property, the staff and the food were all better than we could have hoped for. Dushyant and Avanti have really spent the time and energy making sure their guests feel at home and taken care of! We spent 3 nights at the property. And we’re helped with recommendations for things to do (we picked a waterfall swim and the kasar devi temple), as well as taken of a beautiful sunset hike organised by the caretaker. We had fabulous company in their 6 dogs and 2 kitten and their amazing caretaker (Kalpesh) . All in all we wished we stayed on an extra day because no one wanted to leave this little slice of paradise. Some notes for future guests: - The journey was long but worth it, best to be prepped though with snack etc for the journey. - You’re in the midst of nature, so be prepped for nature to also make its way to your room. - the food is INSANELY good, bring stretchy pants. You’ll need them. It’s safe to say we’ll be back again soon!

We were a large group who booked both Nityas cottages and a room. The woodpecker specifically was a sweet little spot with two rooms on the first floor. It’s a compact cottage great for a family of 4. With extra beds you can go upto 5 comfortably. The garden was lovely and the views were amazing. The kitchen is well equipped and the staff were of great help and sincere. Nitya is a really warm, welcoming and helpful host! The cafe is beautiful - full of books, and the food is EXCELLENT!

We had a beautiful time staying at this place. The house is beautifully decorated and has a great view. Kids enjoyed specially the loft area which became their playing area. The property is well described. Vijay the host is very friendly and responsive, he also helped a lot with local recommendations and almost became our guide 🙂. With his recommendation, we spent a day in Sattal which was a serene experience. The only suggestion is to have a in house restraunt which will be like icing in the cake. Thank you for hosting us.

Chirping Chidya was a great experience. very tastefull done by the owners, keeping in mind tiny comforts (foldable chairs, heated mattresses..) incredible library 😍 Deepu Bhaiya the caretaker was very sweet and open to making our stay memorable. There was a bit of a confusion between who is the host, owner and caretaker and who would be coordinating with us. besides that true to the name there were lots of birds chirping away and Himalayas visible on a clear day. Since, it was during Holi and we failed to confirm our food plans, it became a bit difficult to arrange for a last minute cook - hence I would recommend you to plan in advance. p.s. close to the property there are some houses being constructed which was noisy and pity considering everything else was so quiet.

One of the main attractions staying there were sunrise. Though it is a private property, had to go a little up the hill. But it was a great experience living there. The host was responsive and caretaker was quite active in getting things arranged.

Perfect staycation for our family and our 2 dogs who enjoyed the lawn area more than anything. Pramod is the star of the show who is an amazing cook and was very supportive throughout our stay. The property is home away from home and should be treated like so. If you travel during summers, Pramod will be kind to bring the local variety of berries. A local market and petrol pump is only 5 mins drive away but you would still be able to enjoye the peacefulness of the mountain.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home in Hartola. Tucked away in a peaceful North Indian village, the property is a slice of serene heaven surrounded by lush greenery and majestic views. The house itself is new, spotless, well maintained, and tastefully done, every corner feels warm and inviting. The meals prepared by the staff were absolutely delicious, fresh, hearty, and deeply comforting. A special shoutout to the amazing team onsite, so kind, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The host was fantastic with communication, super prompt and full of great local recommendations that really elevated our experience. Whether it was cozying up by the fireplace, sipping tea with a view, or just soaking in the quiet beauty of the place, every moment here felt special. Can’t recommend this place enough, a perfect escape for anyone looking to unwind in nature with all the comforts of home. Thank you for such a magical experience!

The place was immaculate, stunning, and incredibly peaceful—almost like stepping into a charming European cottage. The property’s caretakers were exceptionally warm and attentive, ensuring a seamless stay. Vimal’s cooking was outstanding—you simply must try her aloo ke gutke at least once! Overall, our experience was nothing short of perfect. That said, a quick heads-up: the road leading to the Airbnb is quite steep, so if you’re driving your own vehicle, proceed with caution. Alternatively, local cabs or scooty services provide an easy way to reach the destination. Once you arrive at the top, it’s just a short 5–7 minute walk to the property. All in all, this is a must-visit property if you’re looking for a quiet getaway from Nainital’s bustling traffic and increasing noise.☺️☺️
