Our apartment is located in the most decent neighborhood of Heroes, within walking distance to the center of Alsancak, the fair and metro station, and it is 15 minutes to Kordon, the pearl of Izmir and Kıbrıs Şehitler Street. It is a modern designed and stylish apartment where the building and all the items are brand new. The apartment is at the first entrance and everything needed for long-term stays is available in the apartment. It is an apartment where you will feel private ,peaceful and positive.

A working area is separated by glass panels, featuring a desk and a chair. A decorative mirror hangs on the wall, reflecting a soft color palette. A rug covers the wooden floor, while a cozy armchair with a small stool creates a welcoming corner.

Amazing Sea View in Center with Special Parking

An amazing apartment in Güzelyalı, in front of the sea. This is the best view you can find on Airbnb in İzmir. In city center, all bars, restaurants, cafes are below our apartment. 3 A/C natural gas heating, Ambilight Tv and sound system, bath tub, all are ready for your staying. Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.

High-rise apartments offer sea views and great city views. The 1st floor outdoor pool Soosil is great. It's like it's filled with fresh water. Shops and restaurants are on the first floor If you have a car, access to the city will be even better.

Koray greeted us at check-in and was very friendly with excellent communication throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Izmir, we will definitely be rebooking for our next trip!

I can’t recommend this place enough—it’s beautiful, cozy, and super close to everything! But what truly made my trip unforgettable was Adel. She’s not only the best host ever, but also one of the most amazing human beings I’ve ever met. She went out of her way to help me, made me feel safe, welcome, and cared for. If it weren’t for her, I probably would’ve spent the trip alone and crying, haha. She’s a beautiful soul, and I’ll never forget her kindness. We thank Mr. Adnan very much for everything, he is a very kind and good person. We had a wonderful 6 days, although it is not a touristic location, it is a good place to relax in a quiet neighborhood. He also took good care of us and provided the missing little things in half an hour. It was a clean and comfortable house with all kinds of technological items. It is a house we would like to stay in if we come to Izmir again.
