Vaade Kukuaru Aquaariumist ja maast laeni aknad tekitavad tunde nagu oleksid osake loodusest. Samuti saab sõita paadiga. Saun on väikese lisatasu eest. Meil on välikäimla. Kiire Wifi ja jalgrattad. Teekond raudteejaamast meieni on uus kergliiklus tee. Meil on lubatud lisatasu eest koerad ja soovi korral hommikusöök.

3 magamistoaga maja koos kümblustünni, aurusauna, tavalise saunaga. Vaikne piirkond. 10 minuti autosõidu kaugusel Tartu kesklinnast. Majas on olemas saunarätikud 12-le. Kohvimasin täidetud ubadega. Nõud on 20-le inimesele. Väliköök, kus on grillimiseks kõik vajalikud tarvikud. Suitsuahi, bbq ahi ja tavaline grill. Olemas on korvpalli-, jalgpalli ja võrkpalliväljak(pallid on ka olemas). Mõnus lõkke tegemise koht. Metsas on matkarada. Maja küljel paikneb väike tiik, kus saab ujumas käia.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
