Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Each room has a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped from the coffee machine to the dishwasher. The small highlight for bad weather is a PlayStation 5 that can be used. The apartment is at ground level.

The WestSide Arthotel, which was completely renovated in 2020, is located at this traditional location in Kühlungsborn West, only about 200 meters from the beach. You will not only live in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea, but also have short distances to the immediate center of Kühlungsborn West, which offers various restaurants and street cafés. Everything for everyday needs is within walking distance from here.

Holiday home in Kühlungsborn

The cottage is only 10 minutes walk to the beach. Our holiday home in the countryside with a size of 30 m² and a direct view of the wide landscape, consists of a combined living/ bedroom , equipped with a double bed, a two-seater (sofa), an armchair and table, a annex, a wardrobe as well as internet/Wi-Fi, TV and radio. The mini kitchen contains a gas hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery & cutlery, etc.

Our cozy Baltic Sea nest is located in Kühlungsborn Ost on Strandstraße. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located place. With just a few steps you can reach the Baltic Sea, of course the beach, the Kühlungsborn marina and the various restaurants and cafes in Strandstraße and Ostseeallee. The city forest is also around the corner and ideal for walks, even with a dog ;)
