Everything went perfectly. Check-in was easy and clearly communicated and the apartment is nice and clean.

This is a great place to stay in KL. The views are stunning. The unit itself is simple and sufficient. It is well connected to a mall which has everything. Indian restaurants are about 10 minutes away. Grab delivery works well. Host is very accomodative and helped us out with extended stay. Washer and Dryer inside the unit are a blessing when you are on a long tour. Don't think twice about booking this unit for your stay.

Really a very good place to stay. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. Just one thing which I did not like is they charge RM30 for checkin. 10PM checkin is not that late.

Overall we had a good stay here. The place is spacious and reasonably well maintained. It is in a great location as well. The host is very responsive and helpful. I do think some of the smaller amenities could be improved given the high price point (most other accommodation options in KL are quite a bit cheaper). The bed is not particularly comfortable (though it is not too bad - we didn't have trouble sleeping). The water dispenser's water is lukewarm. There was a very small leak in the bathroom ceiling. And finally the wifi is largely functional but not great, especially for video calls. I should stress that we had a great time here (hence the 5 stars), and most things were well up to standard. But I think it is worth mentioning some of these finer points since this is intended to be luxury accommodation (and is priced as such).

House: Great, full of amenities. great floor carpet and cleaning cloth available. even Cooking oil, chili sauce, conditioner also available. feel like home. Cleanliness: sparkling clean. location: great, less than 5 min walk to Lalaport Mall. lost of restaurants and great mall not so crowded. Jaya Grocery & Healthland Pharmacy also inside, easy to get all you need. Bonus: lots of children toys, my kid love to play and don't want to leave the room. Cons: sometimes, there are some noise upstairs, no problem if sleep at main bedroom, but will hear it clearly if sleep at second small room. Besides that's, the 2nd room queen bede is spring bed which is also quite noisy and not so comfortable compare to main bedroom one. Summary: Worth the value, clean, convenience, satisfied stay. Will stay again and hopefully host will change the 2nd bed to a more comfy one. Recommended, especially for kid

Stella is a great host , always responsive and ready to help in case we need anything. House is exactly as pictures , super comfortable stay for my family with kids, no outside disturbance. House has good bedding for a relaxed sleep , sufficient storage for 4 pax. Overall , all amenities listed are provided and are of great quality. My kids felt like home. I will definitely recommend it for everyone and it is already in my list of favourites for my next trip to KL. Location is also quite good ( airport about 40 mins drive, KLCC, KL Sentral, Bukit Bintang about 20-25 mins drive) , easy to get grab as it always arrived within 5-7 mins. All in all five star stay *****

We enjoyed our stay at this place, it felt like home. The apartment was clean and offered a nice view and comfy bed. The location is great, just above a B-class shopping mall with a large grocery store Jaya, a few good (though overpriced) restaurants, and a metro station with direct access to and from the airport. The gym and swimming pool have a good vibe. We’ve visited several places with rooftop gyms and pools, and this one felt just right. I can objectively recommend this place.

This is my second time booking this homestay – the house is super spacious and very clean. We had a birthday event this time, and everything was provided – tables, chairs, all complete. Really recommended! The owner is friendly and easy to talk to. Such a beautiful home… I love it!

Traveling with toddlers and babies the most important thing for us was cleanliness and hygiene. The place was spacious yet everything was very clean! Plus points because this place has water dispenser and washer + dryer. The distance is a bit far from the jetty but with electric bikes the rides with toddlers were very fun, this is a first time for us family to travel to Pulau Ketam and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! Suhanna's place is at the prime area and its so accessible to the main centres without much hassle. The house was perfect with a quiet neighbourhood. Will definitely come back again and recommend as well.

We rented this place for a non-commercial video shoot, and the team was very helpful in communicating with the house owner and keeping us updated throughout the process. I came across some comments mentioning that filming isn’t allowed at the property, but I don't think that’s entirely true. In my experience, mutual respect and clear communication—especially informing them in advance about the nature of the shoot and which areas will be featured—go a long way in getting consent and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Location was just minutes walk cutting through the university to Sunway pyramid and Sunway lagoon. The view from the balcony was Sunway lagoon itself. House was clean and comfortable. Kids bedroom had little bits of toys to entertain kids. Host provided some snacks in the kitchen as well. We had a nice stay here and we couldn’t ask for a better location.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Pai. La localisation est parfaite si vous souhaitez être un peu à l’écart des zones touristiques, tout en restant bien connecté. La station de métro la plus proche reste facilement atteignable en Grab ou en bus. Il y a plusieurs restaurants juste en bas de l’immeuble, ce qui est très pratique. Le logement est confortable, bien équipé, et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Pai est un hôte très réactif et à l’écoute, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus plaisante.
