I particularly appreciated her encouragement to use the gym and swimming pool - a great way to unwind! What truly made my stay special was her kindness and humility. She introduced me to her family, making me feel like part of the community. If you have any requests, don't hesitate to ask - she's always willing to help. New apartment, very well located, convenient to get around KL. The room is brand new, beds are very comfortable. The view was very nice as well. Definitely worth the price. I highly recommend it.

Denise's flat in Tropicana Residences was amazingly convenient - right opposite the the Petronas Twin Towers, KLCC Suria mall, a short walk from Avenue K, and 20 mins walk (via underground tunnel) to the Pavilion shopping mall. An ideal location for those wishing to explore the city centre. Given the traffic congestion being able to visit all these places by foot was a boon. The apartment exactly matched the description: modern, clean, nicely designed, and all necessary conveniences, including a wonderful rooftop pool. The flat was spotlessly clean and our host, Denise, was always available, very friendly, and extremely helpful with advice and suggestions whenever needed. I will definitely try to stay here again the next time I am in KL.

房主普通话很流利，人很热心。房子干净卫生，小区安全性好，很适合女生。附近地铁站的地铁可以直达中央火车站（这里可以换乘各个方向的车），茨厂街，独立广场，武吉免登购物中心等，小区楼下就有巴士到地铁站，只是巴士只接受当地交通卡刷卡，不收现金，所以没办卡的话乘坐不了，只能Grab打车（车费对比国内稍贵），没有行李的话我更建议步行，大概两公里的距离，林荫大道当散步了。地铁站附近有购物中心和大型超市，还有宜家可以逛。小区楼下也有小超市，附近有个小区还有自助洗衣的，就在路边。比起住市中心，这里更安静，不嘈杂。

Good place to stay among your friends. The view itself were stunning. Been here for a night as I got a meeting I need to attend at Bangsar. Yong's a very responsive and helpful Host, he went out of trouble to guide me through the checkin and checkout. 5/5 star for Yong and his house.. Very recommended if you would like a private time with your friends yet having a good time while at it

Good place! The desktop chair is super comfortable. If you go with your couple and both need work at the same time, you have space and surfaces enough to do it. Good water pressure. Excellent air conditioner. The bed it’s ok too. The neighbourhood is the best to stay in Kuala Lumpur. Recommended 👍🏻

Great place

Very responsive host! Location is great, a direct access to the shopping mall Lalaport! Floor is not that clean, still feel dusty, but there are cleaning mops that we had to mop the entire place and then it felt great after. The roof top infinity pool remains closed for a big renovation, however there is another pool on the 3rd floor.

Lyn and her husband's place was super comfy for our month long stay, they were friendly, fast to reply and handled any problems asap. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom broke and they sent someone to fix it the very next day. The place was really quiet and peaceful, no overbearing guards (they were really friendly and accomodating) and you barely come across anyone or have to wait for lifts. Don't really have any complaints except the residents parking being all the way down in B4 but you'll get used to it, on the plus side the parking spot is really close to the lift so that's great.

Had a lovely stay here! There’s a VERY stocked mart st the building, so you don’t even need to go shopping beforehand for groceries. A shitty cafe though, so do avoid that. The facilities of the building were drop dead gorgeous, the infinity pool was to die for! The actual unit itself was exactly as described. They even have a free Netflix account for you to log in and use, along with YouTube Premium which was fantastic. There’s a water dispenser, microwave, and a decent sized fridge as well. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was so good. However there is only just ONE, so keep in mind. Fern was very responsive and was always ready to help us out whenever we messaged. Oh PS: you need to use an access card EVERYWHERE (to leave the basement, for the lift, to enter the building etc). Oh, The guards on the property were also very helpful and kind, friendly even!

We had a wonderful family gathering at Laman Jubilee DBayu. Mimi, the host, was very responsive to all our inquiries, which made the experience even more pleasant. The house was well-equipped with essential kitchen utensils-something particularly important to us as we do a lot of cooking. There were sufficient plates and glassware available as well. The property features a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, which the children thoroughly enjoyed. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. While bath towels were provided, the quantity was limited, so we recommend bringing your own. Similarly, the bathrooms were clean, but the supply of body wash was minimal-guests may want to bring their preferred toiletries. Overall, it was a fantastic staycation filled with memorable moments, and we would be happy to return in the future.

We rented this place for a summer camp and had a great experience! The venue is spacious—perfect for kids’ activities, games, and events. The swimming pool was a hit, and the grassy area was ideal for running around. Indoors, there was enough space to comfortably gather 50–60 kids for talks and group activities. The kitchen was well-equipped and made food prep easy. A few things could be improved: the pool was a bit dirty when we arrived and needed cleaning. Some bedrooms and bathrooms had minor cleanliness issues and a few insects—not a big deal since it’s a camp, not a luxury stay. Also, the water pressure dropped when many bathrooms were used at once. Overall, it’s a great spot for camps or group events. Would definitely consider booking again!

The villa was spacious, well-equipped with everything like Snooker, PS4, Karaoke and etc, and the team was incredibly accommodating and responsive to our requests. The setting was perfect – serene, surrounded by lush greenery, providing a peaceful environment. I would highly recommend Forest Villa for anyone looking for a unique and inspiring venue for meetings, gathering, or events.😍😍
