I recently stayed in this room and had a comfortable experience overall. The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was spotless with good water pressure. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like a fridge, washing machine ,kettle, kitchen facilities and complimentary toiletries. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this room to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in the area. As I saw the reviews of others, the lift may take some time during busy hours . So make sure you book the cab from reception area.

The flat is as described and even better. The view, the amenities and layout are great, we definitely felt lucky to be there during our stay in KL. Man is an excellent host, he was always there to support us should we need anything. Proactive, excellent communication, he did his best to accomodate us and make our stay better and he succeeded. He as exquisite taste, the flat was well decorated and furnished.

I recommend King's apartment to anyone looking for an affordable accomodation in KL. In reality the apartment is even better than on pictures. The place was spotless, with everything you may need for longer stays (e.g. wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine). There is a terrace on 42th floor with very good view at Merdeka 118 and in a distance you will be able to see Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower as well. The view is especially good at night, when city is illuminated.

Beautiful place, a good area but you definitely need Grab to get to main places - though we did use the MRT a few times and that was also good! Lots of space and places to relax. The pool view is incredible.

Nice apartment, my second time staying at this condo but first time in this unit. Everything was as in the photos and description and I would stay here again. Had an aircon issue but it was fixed straight away. Takes a while before messages are read - it does say communication can take up to five hours for a reply - in an emergency this would be a long time. Suggestions - a small pair of kitchen scissors, some garbage bags for the bin and a kettle upgrade as the button doesn’t work properly. Thank you again

My family of 4 really had a comfortable and relaxing stay at this property. Natalie was the most gracious host who is very accommodating with questions and additional request. I really appreciate the flexibility and detailed instructions that she provided. On top of that, Natalie also went above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable due to the duration of the stay. the accommodation is located in on the shopping mall. So I could go market to buy fruits and drinks. there is very nearby Desa Park city, went for a walk with my family. it was good accommodation for holidays.

I am very satisfied. There are many restaurants there. The house is also clean and comfortable.

Tracy's place was easy to access, with a gorgeous view of the city centre but without the stress of being right in the middle of the city (slightly away from traffic and people). The location was relatively quiet, and the apartment was more spacious than the pictures portrayed. A very cosy stay with amenities around the area, good food, and a highly responsive host. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Repeated stay. The place is wonderful as per previous stay. The view is great from high up. We had a very nice and comforting time here and the owners are very responsive to our requests. Will definitely come back!

Very spacious apartment that was clean. The aircon was powerful enough to cool down the apartment, and the water pressure was great. The mall was within walking distance and Central market was about a 20 minute walk (we kept stopping to look around so probably took a bit longer). There were 2 train stations close by. Host was responsive and check in details were clear. Great stay!

I had a wonderful stay! The view from the 45th floor does not disappoint—great location, grocery and quick bites only steps away. Walking distance to wonderful markets and malls. Hosts provided specific and easy instructions. Great value!

Had a pleasant stay at the homestay .. the place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was responsive and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. However, I’d like to point out a minor issue with the iron box. It appears to be faulty, as it keeps switching between high and low heat on its own. I recommend having it checked or replaced to prevent any inconvenience for future guests. Other than that, everything was great. Would definitely consider staying here again!
