The checkin and checkout process was smooth and secure as Mr Adnan came down physically to pass us the keys. He allowed us to check the house thoroughly as well before we settled in. The villa was huge! Comfortable too as each room had an ensuite washroom which was convenient. Location was not difficult to find and very private too. Not that far from Cenang Mall and other tourist spots but we recommend renting your own transport. Definitely suitable for big families with young children. We are grateful for the comfy stay and highly recommend. 🙏🏻💯

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser schönen, geräumigen Villa. Der Garten mit riesigem Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein. Auch für Familien ist die Unterkunft perfekt: viel Platz, ein toller Sandkasten und Pool. Auch die Lage nur 5 Minuten von Cenang Beach und trotzdem die Ruhe in der Villa fanden wir sehr angenehm. Marco war stets sofort erreichbar bei Fragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great place to stay with family. Everything is good with jacuzzi and other games. Host also response fast and really helpful in every question. Very recommended place to stay. Definitely will repeat again.

It was an amazing experience. The place is great for big groups and everyone enjoyed the stay very much. Big pool and great ambience. Enough toys for the kids to play with. Plus point you can enjoy playing darts with your friends and family. Well recommended!😎

We had an incredible time at APK Villa! The villa is stunning, spacious and beautifully designed. The outdoor space was perfect, and the bedrooms were comfortable, well-furnished and fully air-conditioned. We didn’t end up watching TV in the cozy sunken lounge because the weather was so perfect that we spent all our evenings outside. The pool and gardens were absolutely idyllic – it was hard to leave to go sightseeing, as the kids preferred to play in the pool all day! The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and only 5 minutes to a variety of great restaurants and cafes. I would definitely recommend APK Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The only downside was that we wished we had stayed longer! A huge thank you to Andre for his helpful tips and recommendations. He was the perfect host!

حجزنا الفلة والموقع كان قريب الشاطئ ولكن اول ماتوصلنا تفاجأنا ان الموقع جدًا بعيد عن الشاطئ. تواصلنا مع صاحب الفلة وطلع في اشكالية في موقع الفلة لكن عطانا خصم كنوع من الاعتذار. المكان بعيد عن الشاطئ والخدمات لازم تاكسي عشان الشخص يروح للشاطئ او يشتري شيء من السوبر ماركت.

My family and I recently stayed at Villa Sawah Langkawi, and we absolutely loved the experience! The place offers a serene and beautiful environment, surrounded by lush greenery and scenic views, making it a perfect retreat for nature lovers. One of the highlights was how conveniently located the villa is—it’s close to many eateries, making it easy to find good food without having to travel far. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with the picturesque landscape, made our stay truly relaxing and enjoyable. However, the only downside was that the homestay was a bit dusty, which could have been improved with better cleanliness. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic, and we had a great time. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with easy access to food spots and a refreshing natural setting, Villa Sawah Langkawi is definitely worth considering! Would definitely come back again!

A hidden gem worth your time, a special island off Langkawi. It is a perfect place to wind down. The house is soooo beautiful and if you would love to cook, there’s a lil shop down the road you can buy groceries from. Mohd was super helpful in helping us organise everything. I recommend to do a little research on boat/flight time so it’s a seamless journey. Stay at least 3days. I can’t rave enough about this place.

Spacious, easily fits 9 people, close to town and walking distance to duty-free. Quite clean, no complaints. Recommended !

The house is spacious and well-fitted for us (8 adults and 2 children) with a room to spare! Sam is very responsive and answered all our questions. Whilst the house is not located in the Kuah town itself, we found the location to be satisfactory as we did not have to travel very far to all the destinations we planned for. It is a quiet neighbourhood and the house is easy to find. Thanks for hosting us!

The house was very great but there’s quite noisy of dogs bark in the night. Other than that was good and superb ⭐️

The unit in the Star Residence is a very nice and close to the Petronas Towers and KLCC. There is a subway station within walking distance and thus a gateway to other parts of the city. It is in a quiet area giving you a reprieve after spending time in the busier parts of the city. The unit is well appointed and have nice views of the city. Communication with the host was seamless and timely. I will stay at this unit the next time I am in time.
