Family-friendly vacation rentals in Ksamil

Andrea was very helpful and the place was lovely, we would definitely stay again if we are in Ksamil. The accommodation had a lovely pool that looked over the mountains and could see the sea, local bars and restaurants were also great, with good bus links to Sarande and Butrint!

Albana is a very nice person and it’s a nice apartment with a beautiful view to have breakfast in the balcony. We had a rental car so we don’t know how far is it walking down to Saranda center. Despite the fact it seemed near, we always took the car because we had a baby and it seemed a bit steep with a stroller. Thanks Albana! :)

Lovely apartment. Great sea vidw from both rooms and balcony. Close to everything but quiet Well equiped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Very recomanded!

Clean, spacious, amazing view!

The best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is truly breathtaking! Very spacious and well equipped, will 1000% be coming back to stay here again. Do not hesitate in booking!!

We stayed 6 nights in this lovely apartment. Lia received us extremely hospitably and made sure that we lacked nothing. Halfway through our stay we received new towels and bedding, very nice! The kitchen is basically equipped to prepare some basic things yourself. Do not expect to cook extensive meals, the restaurants in the area are too good for that😁. The apartment is in a quiet part of Ksamil and a 10-minute drive away you will find Laguna Beach which is a lot quieter than the bays in Ksamil itself (recommended!). Thanks again!

Villa Melanthi is magical, it’s even better than in the pictures. The view is breathtaking. Villa itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The pool is amazing and was in constant use, table tennis was fun too. Outside space is wonderful. The hosts Haitho and Spiros are wonderful and could not be any more helpful, we can’t praise them enough. They really helped make the stay a truly special one including a lovely welcome basket upon arrival. We are a family of 8 (6 adults and two children 13 & 11) the villa was a perfect size for us. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday ☀️😍

We absolutely loved our stay at Avlaki Cottage. Beautiful surroundings, lovely gardens & pool. We loved Avlaki too, and a beautiful walk on the trail to San Stefano. It was a perfect holiday! Highly recommend if you like somewhere quiet.

I doubt you could find a nicer place to stay in Corfu. The house is a family holiday home and it feels well loved. Everything is there to enjoy time together, lovely lawn area for games, right on a lovely beach, meals on the generous balcony, very functional kitchen. And a 10 min drive to Kassiopi for lots of good restaurants. I would definitely get a car, the walk to the town is 20 mins. Thanks to Caroline for all your help.

Our holiday was everything we imagined and hoped for. We arrived and found the villa to be beautiful, quiet and peaceful, set in lovely gardens. We literally put our bags down, got into our swimsuits and into the pool. Every morning we woke to sunshine, beautiful views, and had coffee on the balcony. We spent most of the day in the sea, swimming with the fish. The water is so clear. We loved the pool, had fantastic family BBQs outside. The taverna next door is friendly, has fabulous local food - you need to book. There are loads of things to do for all budgets. Lisa, the concierge is fantastic. She treated us as if our holiday was the most important one, she was friendly, informative and made us feel very welcome. She booked trips for us, nothing was too much trouble. There was fresh fruit and water, wine and bread and a selection of local food waiting for us, a wonderful welcome gift from Katerina. We can’t recommend Avlaki beach Villa highly enough and we hope to return often.

The apartment has a great location. Near restaurants and both beach areas of Ksamil. There is air conditioning only in one of the rooms but we were not using the other so for us was not a problem. You are very central and this means you have music from the bars, but this is like that in general in Ksamil. For us was worth it as you are near everything.

Our group of 7, of a range of ages from 2 to 60 years, thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay. The accommodation has everything to ensure all comfort and entertainment needs are met. None of us wanted to leave and all of us would happily return for another holiday. We highly recommend this property.

A beautiful house with the most incredible roof terrace overlooking the Ionian Sea with Corfu town and coastline to one side and the Albanian mountains the other side. Wonderful pool, very spacious house and extremely peaceful whilst being close enough to facilities. I'd definitely recommend it!

Staying at Georgia's place was a pleasure. Place is very clean, has everything you need, additionally beautiful view from the balcony. You do not have to drive anywhere because everything is a walking distance ( grocery stores, bakery etc). There is maybe 3 min by walk to get to the beach. Georgia gives us very clear direction how to get to her house. She is a wonderful host. She replied right away when I had some questions. if you travel with a kids, like we did, you won't regret to stay at this place! Thank you again Georgia for a warm welcome and if we go to Albania again we will definitely stay at your place!

This was our second visit to this wonderful villa... and I don't really want say how great it is because then it will always be fully booked! A perfect place to relax if you want a quiet time soaking up the sun and idling away the day. It's very peaceful with a gorgeous panoramic view from all three bedrooms and the pool. There are endless little terraces, balconies and corners to laze with a drink, a book, a pack of cards. And if you're happy to tackle the 367 steps, you can get down to a pretty little pebbled cove that feels like your own private beach. There are restaurants, supermarkets, ATMs and other beaches within walking distance. One word of warning: because there are stone steps to get to the villa and to go from room to room inside it, this wouldn't be a good place for toddlers or anyone with serious mobility issues.

Fantastic apartment in a great location amongst bars and restaurants. Host was super helpful and responsive to any queries about Sarande. Highly recommend staying here. Views and sunsets are sublime.

Very beautiful property and location. Well stocked with food upon check in. Abundant privacy with each bedroom on a different level with its own bathroom. Fotis was very accommodating when we locked ourselves out of the house.

We had an amazing 10 days at Avlaki Beach. The house is stunning - the photos really don't do it justice; heaps of room and very well equipped. It was immaculate and the lovely lady who came in half way through the stay worked really hard and did a fantastic job. The house is in a beautiful location, the pool is large and clean and the gardens are just beautiful. We enjoyed eating outside and lounging by the pool and on the balconies. The rooms and beds are comfortable and there was plenty of hot water from strong showers. There is a huge amount to do outwith the villa, so it would suit anyone who is looking for either a relaxing or busy holiday. Evi was really responsive and very helpful and we took advantage of many of the recommendations in the guest book. The taverna next door served great quality food in a beautiful setting and we also ate at The White House, at Eucalyptus in San Stephano and up n the mountains at a couple of lovely tavernas, as well as BBQs at the house

A fabulous place with stunning views of Albania. Anthony was a great host and very helpful. The property was exactly as described and suited our group of 2 adults and 4 children perfectly. The pool was fantastic and access to the local beaches and bays was easy, both by car and on foot (though a little bit up and down). We would love to return and spend more time here at some point in the future.

We were family of 5 staying for 6 NTS in the second half of May. This house is spacious, clean and well equipped. We did not pay upgrade to heat up the pool because we were constantly on the move...water was cold but ok to swim. We were satisfied with our stay.
