Vacation rentals with beach access in Ksamil

We (me and a friend) spent the last weekend of MAY 2025 in this lovely apartment. The place is very nice and it was also very clean. To sum it all up: Everything is like in the pictures from the advertisement and Lorik and Leart were very helpful. We highly recommend a stay in this flat while visiting Saranda.

Wij hebben een mooie tijd gehad in het fijne en complete appartement van Marek! Het centrum van Sarandë was goed beloopbaar en we hadden een prachtig uitzicht op de zee en corfu! Al met al alleen maar positief en wij raden je dit appartement zeker aan. :)

Ce logement est très bien situé, cela suffit pour une nuit. La propriétaire est très gentille. Petit bémol, nous entendons très bien le voisinage. Même quand ils dorment ( ronflement ) Et nous avions pas de poubelle

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The sunsets were magnificent and a the view every night was perfect. The apartment looked like the photos and was very clean and well stocked with everything you need to make your stay. Without a car we found the location to be a bit far out of town particularly as we were there out of season and a lot of restaurants hadn’t opened yet, however as we were leaving things were opening up and I think once that happens the location won’t seem so far. We did have a lot of issues regarding utility cut offs but Daniel, the property manager, was quick to respond and solve it

100% Empfehlung. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, groß und der Blick wundervoll. Wir sind jeden Tag bis zur Promenade gelaufen und haben unterwegs in tollen Bäckereien und Restaurants geschlemmt. Der Weg ist recht lang und man entdeckt immer wieder Neues. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung der Unterkunft wird weiterhin gebaut, viele Gebäude sind noch leer und es liegt etwas Müll rum. Aber die Wohnung liegt in einem neuen Gebäude, es scheinen noch nicht alle Einheiten vermietet zu sein, dadurch war es recht ruhig. Vom Fluß her kommt je nach Wasserstand ein leises oder ständiges Rauschen. Wir hatten 2 laute und 2 leise Tage. Ein Supermarkt big market befindet sich in 500 Metern Laufdistanz und scheint neu zu sein, frisches Obst und Gemüse findet man weiter in Richtung Promenade. Die Bushaltestelle nach Ksamil ist beim Planet Supermarkt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen!

Un très bel Airbnb conforme aux photos et bien situé à Saranda. La vue sur la mer était extraordinaire. La porte à code est très pratique pour un grand groupe comme le nôtre, comme ça pas besoin de clé ! Juste quelques points à ajouter sur des équipements manquants : - gel douche - shampoing - papier toilette - dosettes de café - sacs poubelles - cendrier

Aneta's place was great with amazing views out to the sea and a beach a short walk away. I look forward to coming back to Albania and Aneta's place.

Daniel and Anna are really good hosts and communication was great, easy and fast! I can only highly recommend the appartment when staying in Sarande! Very clean, modern, very comfortable beds, nice views, quiet and easy parking in front of the house! We would come back again :)

Eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit einem ganz besonderen Ausblick wodurch einzigartige Sonnenaufgänge zu beobachten sind. Alles was notwendig ist findet man in der Wohnung. Zudem ist die Vermieterin immer erreichbar gewesen.

Great stay at Milo’s Cottage with beautiful surroundings and views. It surpassed our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the tranquillity was just what we needed. The location is great for visiting nearby villages such as Kassiopi and Old Perithia. There are plenty of nearby pickup points for excursions but we would recommend having a hire car. There is however no need to leave the cottage if you are looking for a solo or couples retreat. Victoria provides information for local restaurants and she has added some really welcoming touches to the accommodation.

The room is just right for a few nights. Everything was brand new and looking nice. The host was very friendly and helpful with everything we asked for.

Hôtes charmants et accueillants Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Bien situé par rapport à la plage. Penser à emprunter l'escalier juste à droite à la sortie de la maison,il fait gagner 10 bonnes minutes pour rejoindre le centre et le chemin est bcp plus agreable. Très bon rapport qualité/prix

We had wonderful days at the apartment of Hatixhe. It was very cozy and the Terrasse was beautiful with plants :) everything we needed was there . We felt like home :) our highlight were the cats around, all were very cute :) Hatixhe is a very friendly person and we would love to stay there again :)

Wir verbrachten fünf Nächte in dieser tollen Unterkunft, die perfekt für zwei Personen ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet – ein Wasserkocher wäre allerdings ein schönes Extra gewesen. Besonders angenehm ist der schöne Garten, in dem man gemütlich draußen sitzen kann. Die zentrale Lage ist ideal, da man den Strand, Restaurants und Supermärkte schnell zu Fuß erreichen kann. Trotz der Nähe zu allem ist die Unterkunft sehr ruhig, und man schläft ausgezeichnet. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der private Parkplatz. Ich würde diese Unterkunft definitiv wieder buchen. Vielen Dank!

Altin was very communicative and provided several recommendations for eating out/seeing the sights. The flat was perfect for our stay and set in a lovely garden. The beaches and restaurants/bars are only a short walk away.

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

The photos don’t do this place justice; it’s a more stunning view than in the photos & a really well maintained and furnished place. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, beach towels, and toiletries provided too. Florentina was an incredibly welcoming and gracious host! The only caution is that it can be a bit of a noisier spot; our first night (a Tuesday), club music from multiple locations was blaring until at least 1am. We also had the unfortunate experience of a car alarm going off between 5am and 7am each of our mornings there. In general, the noise from the promenade and streets can also be heard quite clearly from the balcony, but when there’s no club music it’s not so bad!

Unser Aufenthalt im Air Bnb war einfach großartig – von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute. Die Unterkunft selbst war gemütlich, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die wundervolle Aussicht: Egal ob am Morgen beim Kaffee oder abends beim Sonnenuntergang – der Blick war jedes Mal aufs Neue atemberaubend und hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. Ein großes Lob möchten wir auch der Gastgeberin aussprechen. Sie war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten. Man hat sofort gemerkt, dass ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, und wir haben uns auf Anhieb gut verstanden. Es war fast so, als würde man bei Freunden wohnen – eine wirklich schöne Erfahrung. Durch diese tolle Zeit haben wir nicht nur die Unterkunft, sondern auch Albanien in unser Herz geschlossen. The apartment was so beautiful and perfect, it had everything you needed and such an amazing view overlooking the beach and Corfu. The apartment was close by to the pier and local restaurants. Zana was an amazing host and we were provided with a booklet with everything you needed, places to go, the location to tell the taxi drives and numbers to local drivers and tourist attractions. If I’m ever in Sarandë again, this is the place I would book, thank you Zana for an amazing birthday trip!!

We had a great time. The supermarket is right next to the entrance. Apartment was huge for 3 - we loved it.

What can I say? Very few places have both quality and quantity yet this place has both! The redesign's attention to detail is spot on. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with our needs. This unit is better than what the photos show as there is a table with chairs in the dining room as well as on the balcony. This was the most comfortable sofa I've ever had on a rental and I've had many on our full time slow travel across the world. The grocery is very close and at the time of our stay, they were about to open another one even closer. The secondary bedroom beds are also one of the most comfortable we've ever slept on. This is the benchmark of what a 5 star should be.

Incredible host with a wonderful place Although we didn’t spend much time at the apartment it had everything we desired and parking also! Would always recommend. Looking forward to coming back in the future 🤞🏽
