The 1-room apartment is located in the already renovated part of the house. You can take long walks, bike tours (including the ice age route) and paddle tours (Tollense). A swimming pool for swimmers is available at the Tollense in about 500 m distance.

Amazing recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely renovated and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great holiday experience. Around it is a nature reserve of European importance: the Peene Valley - with a fascinating wildlife. Fireplace evenings, bicycle covers or boat trips on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And best of all, it takes about 30 minutes by car to the island of Usedom. Summer, sun and beach :)

The Landhaus Marie is much more than just a place to stay. You have an entire house only for you. Here is a place to feel good, to unwind, to relax. No noise nuisance, no real car traffic, but nights when it gets dark. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes by car.
