Only 6 kilometers separate the village of Steffenshagen from the coast in the north. During a pleasant hike in the fresh Baltic Sea air, you can quickly reach the forest-rich mountain range "Kühlung" in the west. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Hof Rabenstein near the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn

Our multigenerational farm in Wichmannsdorf was built by us in 2012. The 115-person community of Wichmannsdorf is located about 4 km from the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. Chickens, ducks, geese, peacocks, a cat and a dog live on our farm. My husband and I live in the main house with our 2 children. The grandparents live in the side houses. Hof Rabenstein offers a fantastic view of the fields and our small lake. In the stone circle, barbecuing can be arranged.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.
