The log cabin is located in the countryside of the village of Löa. The cabin has no electricity or running water so here you cook in the wood stove, get water in the pump and get to use the toilet, just like it was before. If it's too cold to swim in the lake, there is a shower to borrow in another building. Gasoline powered fridge to store food in. On the farm, you can help feed calves, sheep and chickens and pick eggs for breakfast. Moose and beaver safaris with the cabin owner as guide can be booked. Boat, kayak and raft to rent.

FredrikLars farm by Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

Close to forest and outdoors, MTB trails, nice swimming lakes and fishing lakes. In the spring, calves and lambs are born on the farm and you as a guest can get a visit to the animals.

Rummet i bottenvåningen 2 enkelsängar samt soffgrupp framför TV’n med stora fönster med utsikt över sjön. Detta rum har huvudentrén från terrassen. De båda sovloftet har två sängar vardera. Stor terrass med trädgårdsmöbler och grill. Fantastisk fin sjöutsikt ca 200 meter till bad/fiskesjö.
