This pristine north facing duplex apartment is an exciting new addition to my stable of managed apartments in the development. Sunny decks up and down, well designed living area and the main bedroom en-suite overlooks the green belt and the living area deck has views of the sea. Key disc access to the beach and pool. Modern and comfortable! 2 min walk from Lower Point and close to World Class Surfing Beaches! Safe parking. Private Entertainment Veranda with Day Bed and Barbecue. The Rooftop Look out is communal space for both studios. Smart tv and Free WIFI! Most guests are disappointed they only booked 2 nights as J Bay has too much to offer for only 1 full day and 2 nights. We recommend at least 3 nights. ONE OF TWO UNITS
