The apartment is located very centrally in a separate courtyard house and consists of 1 room, kitchen and shower/toilet distributed over 43 sqm. In the bedroom, there is a separable double bed, wardrobe, sofa group with TV. In the kitchen, there is a sink, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and other equipment. A bed is in the kitchen. In addition, there are two foldable tourist beds and a travel bed for small children. Freezer is in a storage room next door.

Here you can take a dip or just enjoy the view of the water in the evening sun. The house has a lush plot with plenty of room for both relaxation and activities with a large lawn as well as several patios and furniture. In addition to the residential house, there is a cozy renovated guest house where there is a bunk bed with two beds.
