Ev çok güzel ve kullanışlı. 2 aile kaldık ve çok rahat ettik. Ev çok temiz, serin ve ferahtı. Evin konumu şehrin içinde ama aynı zamanda orman içinde sessiz sakin bir konumdaydı. Denize araba ile 5dk., merkeze 1 dk. mesafede. Evin manzarası çok güzeldi. Athina çok ilgili bir ev sahibi, her şey ile ilgilendi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

The villa is nicely placed in a quiet location, perfect for a family vacation. Its easy to reach good beaches, supermarkets and tavernas by car. The place is clean, nicely decorated, and contains everything you need. I especially appreciated how Dimitrios received us and communicated throughout our stay. He and his family stay nearby and they were all very welcoming. Overall, we enjoy our trip very much. Thank you for everything!

Хорошая ухоженная территория, отдельный вход, обе террасы выходят на склон без посторонних глаз, утром одна в тени, вечером другая, обе с красивыми видами. Внутри жилое уютное, есть все необходимое для проживания. Отдельная деталь- ванная, где можно расслабиться после жаркого дня. Хозяева очень радушные и приветливые, быстро реагировали на все вопросы.

A Dream Getaway in a Perfect Villa! Our stay was simply perfect! The villa was not only beautifully decorated but also immaculately clean. We were so impressed by the high standards of cleanliness it felt like everything had been freshly prepared just for us. The host (Mario) was fantastic super responsible and attentive. They communicated with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and went out of their way to accommodate any requests. Their professionalism and dedication to their guests were evident throughout our stay. This is one of the best-managed properties we’ve ever stayed at, and I highly recommend it for anyone who values cleanliness and excellent hospitality!

Wij reizen veel en verblijven op hoeveel locatie en woningen, maar dit was onze beste villa en onze beste locatie. Ik raad zeker iederen deze villa te huren om tot op rust te komen. geweldig proper en luxe villa met veel ruimte en mogelijkheden. ik kan blijven schrijven maar beste is zelf te ontdekken. enkele woord geweldig!!

I am extremely impressed with everything about the house. A lot of attention and precision has been put into every detail. It is located in the quiet part of the city but at the same time close to various restaurants and beaches. The host was extremely responsive from the first day to the last to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. The house has all the amenities! I fell in love with the garden part. An extremely cozy home and highly recommended if you decide to stay in this region of Chalkidiki.

the house is big, clean and organised very well. we had everything we needed there. the view from the balcony is spectacular! and the there are quite beaches in walking distance or driving 5-15 minutes. there are restaurants near by but the area of the house is very quiet. we loved the place and we had a great time!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Panagiotis’ place and enjoyed the house! Initially it appears overpriced in comparison to other houses around, but once you spend some time in there you understand why it is more expensive. The house is well thought through and has everything a holiday house needs in terms of equipment from outdoor portable speaker, barbecue to small details such as mosquito repellent. There is also direct access to a small beach through a pathway. Panagiotis is fast and responsive and his welcoming attitude contributed to the positive experience with things like welcome package consisting of a wine bottle and fruits and air conditioning switched on on arrival among other things.

The villa was beautiful! Perfect for families or friends. Very peaceful and private, the beach was very nice and not too crowded. The host was very friendly and tried to help us with everything we needed.

4 aile olarak konakladık ev sahibi Christina her konuda bize çok güzel yardımcı oldu dost canlısı ve yardımsever insanlar. Ev son derece konforluydu çocuklar bahçede akşama kadar güvenle oynadılar ev ormanlık bir alanın içinde ve her şey düşünülerek tasarlanmış asla güvensiz hissettirmiyor konakladığımız günler havalar aşırı sıcaktı ve şehir merkeziyle evin bulunduğu konum arası 4 derece fark ediyor o yüzden temiz havada serin bir konaklama oldu.

Отличные апартаменты. Все соответствует описанию , кухня оборудована всем необходимым , достаточное количество полотенец и пастельного белья, которое меняли через три дня . Шикарная локация относительно моря ( 50 метров) , пляжей, ресторанов , центра посёлка с магазинами . Оборудованная терраса всем необходимым для расслабляющего отдыха. Единственный минус - напор воды и некоторая сантехника в санузлах ( их три). В остальном - все просто замечательно !

Υπέροχο μέρος, πολύ προσεγμένο και πεντακάθαρους χώρους φιλοξενίας. Εμείς με την παρέα μου (σύνολο 5 άτομα) μείναμε στην βίλα "ΙΩΑΝΝΑ" η οποία είναι εξαιρετική! Πολύ φιλική εξυπηρέτηση, εξαιρετικό και ευγενέστατο προσωπικό! Πολύ ικανοποιητική η πισίνα όσον αφορά το μέγεθος της και πολύ καθαρή. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war sehr schön, die Umgebung ist ruhig & sehr schön. Es ist nicht weit zum Meer. Alle Haushaltsgeräte haben gut funktioniert, es war alles da was man brauchte. Leider darf man den schönen Kohle Grill draußen nicht mehr benutzen, da Feuergefahr besteht. Stelios hat uns aber sofort am nächsten Tag einen neuen Elektro Grill organisiert & aufgebaut. Der Pool war sauber & wurde unerwartet nochmal gereinigt während wir da waren.

Wir hatten zu siebt einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Am schönsten ist der unglaubliche Ausblick aufs Meer mit dem herrlichen Pool. Menelaos als Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hat uns kurzfristig weitere Handtücher und Laken vorbeigebracht. Das Haus könnte insgesamt für so viele Personen etwas besser ausgestattet sein (Pfannen, Besteck, Gläser etc) aber wir haben uns arrangiert. Alles in allem ist es ein wunderschönes Haus mit moderner, stylischer Einrichtung, genug Platz und die Terrasse mit Pool und Aussicht ist einfach der Jackpot. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

O locatie foarte frumoasa, o gradina superba, bine intretinuta, plina de verdeata, curata, foarte bine pozitionata, la 3 minute pe jos de mare. Gazde foarte primitoare, amabila. De mentionat: In aceeasi curte stau si gazdele, plus mai este un apartament cu 3 dormitoare cu o curte mica in cadrul ( interiorul) aceleasi locatii. Multumim pentru tot!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

Wow - this is the best word to sum up this place. We just had an amazing 5 days staying in this beautiful home in Kriopigi. The house is very large and was perfect for a family of 6, but could have acccommodated more people. The swimming pool is idyllic, around 12m in length and the views from the top floor out to the sea are breathtaking. If you are looking for an idyllic peaceful location then this is it. You need a car to reach this place as it on the top of a hill up from the village of Kriopigi. The house has 2 kitchen areas and an outside bbq area. The garden and orchard are also amazing. Georgius who manages the house is fantastic. He was there to greet us as planned and show us the way up to the house. He was always available if we needed something. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet, serene and luxurious house for a getaway.

We had a 3-night stay in Halkidiki at this beautiful home. Our host was extremely kind and supportive, assisting us with everything we needed throughout our stay. The house itself stands out in the area for being quite new and having a stunning design. It provided a high level of comfort, especially for larger families. The spacious layout and modern amenities made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay in Halkidiki. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison d'Elita et Thomas. La description est plus que conforme à nos attentes. Les atouts ont été l'accueil parfait, la vue splendide sur la mer et son coucher de soleil. Le calme, le confort, la piscine privée nous ont permis de passer d'excellentes vacances, sans oublier les belles plages à proximité. L'équipement et la propreté ont été au rendez-vous. Merci de nous avoir fait découvrir cette belle région de Grèce via vos recommandations, nos familles ont été ravies de séjourner chez vous.

The villa was only 2 years old and we were impressed by it. 3 good bedrooms of which the main suite has a balcony too. All rooms have built in closets and 2 bathrooms in total. Host was very attentive and reactive. Thank you so much for your help. We were here at the beginning of October, clearly off season and calm, the more reason to love it. The area is quiet, a dirtroad to the house, about 5min from beaches by car. Pefkochori is a nice town with amazing beaches. We loved the pool. If we have to put down some improvements I would say softer beds (they were quite hard now) and privacy to the neighbouring building with a screen or plants. Also we did not like the cats and kittens going round the house, that were fed by the neighbor. But these points are not important enough to give the villa bad critics. We would love to visit it again.

Our family of seven had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The spacious outdoor area and pool were perfect for our kids, and the house was spotless and well-stocked. We loved the beautiful nearby beaches, and our kind host made everything easy. A professionally managed property that we highly recommend!

A rare find right on the beach! We booked this beautiful house for our wedding preparations and photoshooting and the overall experience was more than unforgettable. Ms. Mary was soo helpful and kind we are endlessly thankful. Definitely coming back for our summer holidays.

Πολύ ωραίο το σπίτι, οι εξωτερικοί χώροι και η τοποθεσία! Ησυχία και ξεγνοιασιά για μικρούς και μεγάλους. Είναι πολύ κοντά στις ωραίες παραλίες (η παραλία Σήμαντρον είναι η καλύτερη, πανέμορφη, ιδανική και για παιδιά, δέκα λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο!!!!!!). Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και φιλικοί! Επίσης, σε μια αναποδιά που προέκυψε με το αυτοκίνητό μας την ημέρα που φεύγαμε, ήταν δίπλα μας όλη την ώρα και έτρεξαν να μας βοηθήσουν. Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα, με μια επισήμανση: λουστείτε με αντικουνουπικό, τα κουνούπια εκεί δεν αστειεύονται!
