The apartment is ideal for 2-4 guests, but can accommodate up to max. 5 guests can be accommodated. The location in the Alauntal, surrounded by forest and stream, impresses with seclusion and the garden to relax and play. Unfortunately, there is no cell phone network in the house and it is poor in the garden. For athletes, there are over 1000 climbing routes (see travel guide) as well as beautiful cycling routes (bike room available).

An ideal retreat for a break from city life and hectic pace. Surrounded by vineyards and forests, every season can be enjoyed here. The house is very suitable for family holidays with small children. The modern extension is plastered with clay plaster on the inside - which creates a pleasant indoor climate even in the height of summer.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau!
