Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. If you want to walk or climb, if you want to ride a bike or just have time to enjoy, you're in the right place. The apartment is under the roof. In the house there are two other apartments, all you enter through the shared staircase. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining room with a kitchen, which is well equipped.
