Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Dieser Urlaub war ein Stück Paradies auf Erden. Teti und ihre Familie haben uns warmherzig aufgenommen und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war rundum perfekt: der Strand war einige Meter entfernt und die Stadt ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Mithilfe der Tipps von Teti hatten wir einen wundervollen Urlaub und konnten in das griechische Leben eintauchen. Das ist definitiv nicht unser letztes Mal gewesen und es war dank Teti einer der schönsten Aufenthalte die ich bisher erleben durfte. Ich bin absolut glücklich und kann diese Unterkunft von Herzen empfehlen!

Ein traumhaftes Ferienhaus umgeben von einem bezaubernden Garten, toller Pool mit vielen Verweilmöglichkeiten. Terrasse im Schatten und mit Meerblick als Wahlmöglichkeit runden das Außenangebot ab. Haus ist sauber, fliegengitter überall, Betten neu und sehr bequem, griechisch eingerichtet, lediglich die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein, aber dies ist natürlich auch immer persönliches empfinden. Rundum, sehr zu empfehlen wer Pool mit Ruhe und Meerzugang in einem sucht!

Περιποιημένος χώρος, πεντακάθαρος, είχε πολλά αναλώσιμα είδη απαραίτητα για ένα σπίτι. αισθανόσουνα ότι βρίσκεσαι στο σπίτι σου. η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν άμεση και πολλή φιλική! ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

Εξαιρετικός άνθρωπος ο κ. Νίκος. Απίστευτα ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Περάσαμε 15 πανέμορφες μερες . Η θάλασσα ακριβώς μπροστά στο σπίτι, με μια μεγάλη και καθαρή παραλία. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα. Εις το επανιδείν.

Yannis was a perfect host, taking the trouble to meet us and show us the house, stocking the fridge full of delicious fresh produce and recommending lots of local activities. We were travelling with two young children and he kindly provided us with a cot and high chair. The house had a lovely authentic feel. The top floor gets very hot without air con but we were aware of this before travelling and fans were provided which helped. Platanos is great for exploring local beaches (Punta was our favourite) and for generally taking it easy. The taverna in the village was very handy to have nearby, but our favourite food was at the taverna on Platanos beach just down the hill. As others have said, a car is necessary. Oh and a visit to the bakery in Akrata is a must. Thank you Yannis!

The place is very convenient and cozy! It has a private parking space too, which is very useful. The bathroom is very comfortable and clean, and the rooms are big enough for a couple. Only minus, little far from shops as mentioned in the description, so a car is needed for sure.

Great house with everything wjat you need. The host was helpful in recommending us good places to enjoy the day by the sea close by the house and addresses for supermarkets. The pool was great for our kids after the daily activities. Great things to do in the area: enjoy the beach (we liked the day at beach club Caposaldo, really close to the house), train excursion to Kalavytra, lake Tsivlou.
