Great home! Spotless, stylish, with spacious and comfortable spaces. Centrally located, easily accessible, fully equipped with quality items in excellent condition. All thoughtful in every detail. Nikiforos is very kind, friendly and always available. We stayed at Easter 2025 for 3 nights (family with 2 children 8 and 11 years old respectively ) and we are happy with the above. It was our base for visiting Delphi, Arachova, Galaxidi and Nafpaktos. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit and explore this beautiful area.

Very nice, pleasant house, small enough, quite organized and clean. Lovely stay, great communication with the host. Only small negatives (for some perhaps negligible) were the size of the bed (borderline a double for tall or large people) and the strong feeling of humidity in the atmosphere (which may be perhaps more general in the area).

We only spent two days in Delphi - the last two days of a month in Greece. We were so pleased we found this flat. For a start, the views from the generous balcony is absolutely stunning. It was beautiful any time of the day or night. Staying in Ioannis flat was like staying in a cared for home. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was very comfortable - we prefer a firmer mattress. There were lots of homely and generous touches including the vases of roses and fresh herbs from Ioannis’ garden as well as delicious cherries also from his garden. Plus wine water milk orange juice and some groceries. You could not ask for a kinder host. The property is 15/20 mins walk from the archeological site - but the town is hilly - its a climb back up to the flat. Still, you can slways stop for a beer on the way back like we did Btw airbnb site directions were wrong…. Directed us to a completely different town . This is an airbnb problem not caused by Ioannis Thanks Ioannis for everything

The view was spectacular! We wish we could have stayed longer. The home is appointed with all the comforts necessary and feels cozy. We definitely recommend it!

We stayed one night at Boka's House, a beautiful and comfortable room for rent. Ioannis welcomed us and was so attentive and nice. Every little detail was in place: very nice décor, nice continental breakfast, a full equipped kitchen, hot water, homemade liquor and ,specially, a very nice and helpful host. Located in a quiet and pleasant area, Voula's apartment allows you to have a great stay in Patras. The apartment is very comfortable, well decorated and has all the amenities you may need. Patras city center is very close and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. Voula is a great host, very responsive and provides accurate and detailed information. Voula's apartment is definitely a great place to stay in Patras.

We felt comfortable right away, everything was very clean and well equipped. The apartment was also very spacious. The location is really great. Walking, you are right in the center and at countless restaurants. Vagia was very helpful and always quick to reach.

Extraordinary accommodation, facing the sea, a lot of charm, convenient, everything is well thought out and the owners are just charming. A peaceful oasis!

The host was communicative and helped us with our arrival. The place was very clean and just like the photos. Very close to the city of Kalavryta and at the same time in a place with quiet and beautiful views! Cozy parking!

The apartment is very clean and spacious in a very good location at the center of Livadia. Ideal for families and groups of 4+ people. Nikos was super responsive to all my requests.

Wonderful welcoming hosts and homey peaceful place in the centre of town- unfortunately the lift was not working so stairs to third floor…free gym! I lived the atmosphere once inside, private, peaceful, surrounded by trees and the sea breeze but just a step from the centre but out of the hassle with warm friendly bars and cafes and some great shops (bio food) on the doorstep and mini market at the door - Tatiana and Alexandros could not have been more welcoming and caring

Right in the center, completely in the life of the city. Lively and cheerful neighborhood. Breathtaking view from the terrace. Great!

The family really go out of their way to make you comfortable, a very nice family. The apartment is really comfortable with amazing views and so relaxing. We will be highly recommending this property to our family and friends.

We had a lovely time. The hosts could not have done enough for us, helped us whenever we needed anything. Always on hand. Would definitely go back. As well as the pool, it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and local restaurant, where you can use their umbrellas & sunbeds. Sea was clean and clear!

Helen & Yannis are great and will make you feel at home in Greece immediately! If you are interested, they can share many different tips, including on local food. Their kindness and availability are limitless and our daughters enjoyed it a lot. The house is pure luxury as it will have anything you can dream of when you want it, from baby equipments to toys in the pool:) It’s very close from Athens International Airport (1h30 by car) and from many uncrowded beaches. We strongly recommend, probably our best holidays ever!

The apartment was easy to find and had a parking space. The Gulf of Corinth is just across the way & the canal in walkable distance. There are many restaurants about a 5 minute drive. The apartment is very clean, spacious & well equipped. The large windows on the front provide a spectacular view of the water. One of the nicest Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. As mentioned in other reviews the road runs right past the front of the apartment but the bedroom is at the back of the house & we were not disturbed by any road noise at night. Thanks for a great stay!
