In just about 15 minutes you can easily walk to the city center, and by car it is even only about five minutes. At the same time, you can enjoy the direct field edge location here, perfect for relaxing walks, jogging laps or just a little break in the countryside right outside the front door. The house is situated on a slope, so there are some stairs.
