Nice house 5 meter from the lake (Toke). Two bedroom, kitchen and living room. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sound of the nature. The house is old but newly renovated. The house sleeps 4 people. The second cabin has 4 beds and a couch that sleeps 2. Enjoy a kayak trip on the lake or spend hours in the hammock. Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Hammerlia 41 is in a great location with a view to the sea at Nesodden Brygge at the heart of Sørfjorden in idyllic Risør. Two sandy beaches nearby and bathing jetty (200m.) Hiking terrain and short road to Risør city centre (10 min w/car) Motorboat (14-16ft/9.9-60hp ) can be rented. The cabin is now upgraded (May 2025) with two super comfortable continental double beds (180x200) Three of the other beds will also be upgraded.
