The kitchen area is shared with Hotos.The rest of the property is for your exclusive use, and you can enjoy your time as freely as if you were renting the entire property. A spacious 230 ㎡ space can accommodate up to 8 people.Perfect for family or group trips.There is also good access to popular cherry blossom viewing spots, such as Mt. Mt. Yoshino, and to the World Heritage Site, Konpōzanji Temple. We have made sure you have a comfortable stay while keeping the historic beams and tiled roof.The tranquility of the mountains, the soft light that lights up at night.Here, you can forget about your daily routine. We recommend coming by car because of the natural environment. (If you are coming by train, we can arrange a pick-up and drop-off service to the nearest station if you wish.) Founded in 1957, my grandfather, Eiichi Tanuchi, ran an inn called Aiwasho for the cultural development of Tanabe City, Wakayama Prefecture. In order to continue to protect its history and traditions, his granddaughter, Kiushuko, reopened the inn under its original name in 2021. Built on the site of Ueno Castle, this inn is a traditional Japanese house with tatami mats on the floor. Please relax in one of the two Japanese-style rooms. The inn is located on a hill overlooking the city of Tanabe, so you can enjoy the morning sun, sunset, and night view. On a calm day, we recommend having tea in a wicker chair on the edge of the hinoki cypress wooden deck, which was made in the image of the moon viewing platform of the Katsura Imperial Villa. The newly installed bath and toilet are spacious and barrier-free, so you can bathe together or use them easily even if you need assistance. We installed popin.aladdin (lighting with projector) in one of the Japanese-style rooms. It projects on the sliding doors You can watch TV, music, movies, etc. Enjoy BGM on YouTube before you go out in the morning. My parents, Kisaku and Shuko Tanai (Japanese), live next to the house, so please let me know if you need anything.

Located along the Takano Highway, it has great access to Mt. Takano, Osaka, Wakayama City, etc. This room has 2 single beds and 2 semi-double beds. You can enjoy breakfast in a Japanese-style room or relax on the sofa. We also provide free drinks. We can also accommodate English. You can enjoy the garden in all seasons, but especially in May when the roses are in full bloom and you can enjoy the wonderful fragrance. You can also have tea in the garden. Koyasan Pilgrimage Trail Adventure Tourism. A 5-minute walk from the JR station. Tiny home in Koyaguchi offers two guest rooms, ideal for up to 3 guests, with a minimum of one group per day. An additional fee applies for three or more people. There is a kitchen for cooking your own meals. It’s an 8-minute drive to Natural Onsen Yunosato and a 6-minute walk to Koyaguchinoyu public bathhouse. Directions are available in the guidebook. Please save it to your favorites for easy access.

A newly renovated machiya town house with typical layout and a small garden, retaining the tradition of Naramachi - the old merchant town of Nara. Easy access via bus and train, supermarket, restaurants, convenience store, bakery, and a Japanese bath house just minutes away. This house belonged to a famous wood carver of "ittobori" - a traditional Nara technique of carving the wood. A projector and a record player will make your stay even more pleasant. Enjoy!
