The house is located on the east coast of the island, in the beautiful bay of Kipiadi, thirty meters from the sea to which you can reach with a direct descent. Ideal for families, even with small children, it has large outdoor spaces; terraces and stone living rooms from which to enjoy a wonderful view and in the evening admire the stars. The nearest village is Longòs which, less than 1 km away, offers romantic resorts overlooking the harbour.

Our traditional stone house, spacious and serene, surrounded by olive groves, is the best place for peaceful vacation, away from crowded and noisy areas. The house has a big yard, with garden furniture and our favorite hammock, where you can find sunny and shady spots every hour of the day. It offers great sea view between the olive groove. Neraduhouse is a beautiful old stone ground floor house in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.
