Monthly Rentals in Kouses

We stayed at the apartment in Kouses in October for one week. The flat was just as pictured - very beautiful, clean, spacious and decorated with attention to detail. We fell in love with it at once, sitting on the balcony overlooking the olive groves of the Messara Plain. Check in was uncomplicated. Ioannis welcomed us personally and showed us around. He was very accommodating and gracious host and left an online guide of local recommendations for restaurants, shops and beaches etc which was so useful. Wifi worked with no problems, as did all the other appliances. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Kouses is a quiet village, there are no shopping facilities but once a day you can buy fresh produce sold from a truck, otherwise you have to drive about 10 min. to the next supermarket. We were pleased to find bottled water, wine and fruit in the fridge when we arrived. It was a great staying in Kouses. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Ioannis.

A fancy hippy-tiny-house, small and cozy, with a super nice garden to chill out in! All beaches and places like Matala, Agia Gallini etc. within easy reach! The village with its 5 restaurants and cafe is almost around the corner in 3 minutes on foot! Ciara, the warm and friendly contact person on site, gives good tips and is always available! :) The only flaw was that the washing machine was broken. A good place to find peace! Recommended!

What a wonderful stay, top of the list for all places we have stayed. Attention to detail, providing all the little extras to help make your stay easier (sun umbrellas, mats, toiletries...) Our arrival was easy, parking was on the street, but enough space. The patio area was a favourite spot, private and with lots of places to relax. Inside kitchen had all necessary utensils to cook meals. Bedroom was quiet with air-con, bed was a little too firm for us. Our host was proactive and very friendly; answering our questions and giving recommendations.

Dimitris has been a very helpful host suggesting us a lot of activities around Kouses. Zaneta is taking care of the flat and she has been very friendly and present for any request. She also brought us the bread from the church and a traditional soup on Easter. We could understand each other even if we didn't speak any language in common. The terrace of the flat has a wonderful view on the Psiloritis mount and the hills around and it's great time to sit there at sunset. The village is cozy, very friendly people, a great kafenion/taverna. Maria -the owner- adopted us for dinner and we loces her home-made food. We felt at home. Definitely I would reccomend staying at Dimitris' place!
