Our house is a comfortable central apartment located on the 5th floor of a building.it has a large area at the entrance,a comfortable living room overlooking the blue Ionion and with unforgettable sunsets.there is a kitchen with all amenities (fridge,cooker,coffe maker) and all necessary.Also has a separate large bath,clean and airy.Finally,there are two large bedrooms with large double beds.The apartment is only 5 minutes from the central square.There are many shops,restaurants and coffe shops.Next to the apartment building there is a mini market,greengrocer's,butcher,pharmacy and other.At 300m you can find a big super market,a bus station with destination Ancient Olympia and the port of katakolo.Finally there is and taxi ranks.

The house is 80 meters from the beach of Kourouta, there are many options for your outing. Restaurants, cafes, bars, and a club within a short distance of about 300 meters to the pedestrian street. The beach is organized with sun loungers and umbrellas, while there is also a free beach in front of the house. The space is autonomous and there is an outdoor space of about 100 sq.m. paved with limestone slabs with garden furniture, a gas grill, a refrigerator, a sink and a satellite TV for beautiful evenings.
