Our pretty townhouse with its small mediterranean-style courtyard is situated in a small lane in the centre of Laa a. d. Thaya. The popular thermal spa is within walking distance of about 11 min. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

We apologize, but the hot tub in this apartment is currently out of order due to technical issues. it is scheduled to be back in service on May 27, 2025. Thank you for your understanding. This studio apartment of 86 m² is located on the ground floor and features windows overlooking the garden. The apartment includes a private terrace with a hot tub, perfect for relaxation. It has its own entrance and is conveniently situated next to our quiet parking area, ensuring maximum comfort.

The place is only accessible by car. The distance to NMNM 5 km, Vysočina arena 7 km. There is no shop or restaurant here. Everything is close to the wonderful city.
