Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! The location is very favorable. It is an hour and a half from Athens, five minutes from Akrata. Another great stay in the wonderful Achaia/Achaea region of the Peloponnese. Although it was exactly like the pictures, the drive in was a real adventure and completely unexpected...and although not far from a main road, it felt right off the beaten track. So peaceful and nicely situated. Superb value for money, as almost everything is in Greece. I still regard Aigio and in particular Patras the most underrated town and city respectively in the whole of Greece. Stunning local beaches, hundreds of bars, restaurants, shops, tavernas and almost completely Greek (the best part). I'd highly recommend this place for a couple or a couple of friends. It has Aircon, WiFi and it's a lovely set up. The host was superb in his communication, it was clean and perfectly furnished for the space available, very clever. Efcharistó Poly and see you soon.

A fantastic vacation home surrounded by a charming garden, great pool with many places to linger. Terrace in the shade and with sea view as an option complete the outdoor offer. House is clean, fly screens everywhere, beds new and very comfortable, Greek furnishings, only the kitchen could be a little better equipped, but of course this is always a personal feeling. All around, highly recommended for those looking for a pool with tranquility and sea access in one!
