The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view. The port, the bus station and the taxi stand are at 3 minutes’ distance on foot.

Step onto the spacious, leafy veranda for leisurely sunset drinks with unobstructed ocean views! The apartment is situated next to a sandy beach for a morning swim and a 2-minute walk from the center of Naousa and its main square. Shops, restaurants, bars, and clubs are within walking distance, yet the area is very quiet and calm!

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.

Villa Katerina is a double floor house 62sq.At the first floor there is one living room with kitchen and two single beds .at the second floor there is one bedroom and one big bathroom.There is one big yard 100sq two balconies.The house has amazing sea view from all the floors .It can accommodate up to 4 persons.Also we have barque and hammock.The distance from the sea is 200 meters and the beaches is Placa beach Orkos beach and Mikrivigla Beach

Stella's Home Double room with sea view

The double room has handmade traditional iron double bed with beautiful romantic furnishings. There is air conditioner, TV, hair dryer, big enough refrigerator, filter coffee maker and what ever is needed for a simple breakfast. The all day shaded terrace is great with traditional oustide couche and table with chairs. The view of the sea and the surrounding islands is panoramic. The unique sunset and moonlit nights amazing!

Ma Mer, Holiday home by the sea

In the most special part of Naxos Town, literally on the sea of Grotta, is the traditional residence Ma Mer. A 1906 building fully renovated in July 2022 and equipped with all the amenities that make guests feel at home. The unobstructed view of Portara, a monument symbol of the island, with the famous, enchanting sunset, and the entire Aegean Sea spreading out in front of you make your stay at Ma Mer uniquely unforgettable.

It is a traditional Cycladic first floor house, independent with its own large verandas overlooking the sea and wonderful sunsets. It is located in a very quiet location which is a ten-minute walk from the village. (Cemented, illuminated road). Kitchenette for cooking and large sink in the outdoor area. On one terrace there is a double bed for sunbathing or for sleeping in the arms of..... the stars!!!!!!
