We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exceptionally clean, and all the amenities were in perfect working condition, which made our stay very comfortable. Special thanks to Lekshmi, Govind and their mom who were all incredibly friendly and responsive, always available to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect—within walking distance of the temple and the railway station, making it so convenient for sightseeing and getting around. Plus, there were plenty of eating joints nearby, so we never had to go far for delicious meals. Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for making our stay so enjoyable!

Me and my 3 friends stayed in this property for one day. It was a wonderful experience. The flat is a luxurious one with all amenities one can think of. Before check in Mr.Joel gave clear instructions about how to make use of each facility. Rooms were clean and spacious with a stunning balcony voew from the 14th floor. He was always available for help. Looking forward to stay there again. Highly recommended for anyone lookimg for a peaceful stay in kottayam with family or friends.

I stayed for one night for an important call during my time here and for me it was a very worthwhile stay. Overall it was comfortable and clean and a good experience. The room is well insulated from street noises compared to many other places I’ve stayed. The bed linens and towels smelled and looked freshly washed. The AC unit was amazing and necessary, also was nice to have a ceiling fan as well. The host was responsive and able to immediately help when called upon. Most importantly, the wifi was good and stable throughout the course of a long call.

The living area features a modern sectional sofa paired with a sleek wooden TV unit. A dining table with several chairs is positioned nearby, and an open kitchen space is visible in the background, showcasing kitchen appliances and cabinetry.

This is my booking and experience through Air BNB. Truly appreciate Air BNB and the Host. Host was very helpful due to heavy traffic we reached very late but even late night when we called he responded and guided us. Felt very homely. Truly worth for the price paid. Two suggesstions The house should have a small ups for the lights and fans. Went with my 83 year old mum and during frequent powercuts had to run with the mobile lights. Outside beautiful place for kids to play but as both sides of the house we have farm lands hence snail and leeches were seen. But the host had the powder to eradicate them. This is not a complaint but jus a suggestion. Once again thanking Air BNB and host sijo for the great hospitality. God bless you
