There is a large 50 "TV in the living room and a 40" TV in the bedroom. The entrance to the building is equipped with security cameras, there is an intercom with a monitor at the front door, a fire alarm system throughout the building, all electric power, and floor heating in the winter for the safety of children. There is also free wifi.USB outlet. Replacement work was done from the hot water tank to the hot water boiler in December 2019.There is no need to worry about hot water.

The house is not close to subway ST .But very close to the bus stop.It takes 30mins ¥210 by bus from Sapporo ST. In along the large street, easy to find by car. You can feel like a local Sapporo life.
