The yard building with its own yard and deck is located in a rural area along the Kymijoki River, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. This cozy home is only a 5-minute drive to the services. Massive kelo stairs and wooden surfaces add a vibe to the upstairs sleeping and living area. Downstairs is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer time, guests will have access to the host's beach with swimming facilities.

Sunila Vintage Apartment In Sunila, a residential area designed by Alvar and Aino Aalto, a workers' house in Mäntylä, completed in 1937, Alvar and Aino Aalto, furnished and decorated in a unique vintage retreat. The apartment has Artek's vintage furniture, Arabian vintage dishes, natural textiles, and an architecture and design library. The living room window shows a gorgeous empowering pine. It has a cozy and warm vibe.

Rantakari cottage is a cozy holiday home in Kotka, only about a 90 minutes drive from Helsinki. The cottage is designed for small families and for small peaceful meetings. it is equipped with all amenities and it is suitable for year-round holidays. Rantakari cottage is located next to our main building right by the sea and there are large terraces and a private swimming dock in front of the cottage.

Our guest-house is far removed from sprawling metropolises in quiet beautiful surroundings on the bank of the river Kumiyoki for 1 – 4 people. House is located 100 km away from russian border and 120 from Helsinki. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. The cost of one set of underwear is 10 euros

Cozy and affordable near the ironworks area

Near the Strömfors ironworks area we have a big house by Alvar Aalto office. One part of it is for rent. The house is about five minutes walk from the ironworks area. In Strömfors there are sights, services and activities. There are no kitchen, but it`s possible to make breakfast.
