Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Gottesgnaden lockmaster farmstead

The house is located on the Saale island of Gottesgnaden. Here the lock keeper lived and worked with his family. Today you can relax here on the 7x4 m terrace, make yourself comfortable in the great kitchen with fireplace, enjoy the river landscape, fishing, standup paddling or chill in the approx. 1000 sqm garden. The house is a single monument and belongs to the lock. The lock is in operation and is maintained and serviced by the Water and Shipping Authority.

Little book house on Lake Bergwitz

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

Studio apartment in Lindenau

The guest room is located in Lindenau, a colorful and lively district in the west of Leipzig. Lindenau borders directly on the somewhat better known Plagwitz. The two art centers Baumwollspinnerei and Tapetenwerk are located here. You can go out great, but also find your peace, for example, on the canal or in the palm garden. The Musical Comedy, the Theater der Jungen Welt or the Schaubühne Lindenfels are within walking distance.
