Monthly Rentals in Kötekli

We spent 1 week in this charming house. The terrace is great and the view is stunning. The house itself is built with a lot of love and you only hear the sound of the sea and the chirping of the birds. There is everything you need. Everything just fit 100 percent. There is a beautiful beach a 5-minute walk from the house. It takes about 8 minutes to get up, but it is easy to manage. The path is totally worth it. Shopping is also no problem, in the larger city of Akyaka, about 20 minutes by car, there is a well-stocked Migros, a butcher and a bakery. You can combine this well with a restaurant visit. It was perfect for us. Ali is a super nice young man and so is his family. In his restaurant, about 5 minutes by car towards Atyaka, there is very fine Gözleme. You just have to eat it. We felt so welcome! Thank you for that! Anytime again

We stayed one night and it was satisfying for us. The interior of the house was quite clean and peaceful. There was a nice table with lights in front of the door where we could sit and chat.

Had a great stay in Dalyan, apartment was as described, tidy and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Hot water worked in bathroom but not very well in kitchen. Note that it is on the third floor of the building (stairs to access) and the ceiling is low in the bedroom/bathroom if you are tall. Nice to have a view and natural light in the apartment.

We thank him very much. He's definitely a very cheerful person. Thank you for answering all our questions without getting tired :) Thanks to them, they delivered the house sparkling clean. The beach is very close in terms of location. We had no parking problems, there is enough space to park 3 cars right at the front entrance of the house. WiFi is available at home. There are also kitchen supplies, etc. You can brew and drink a nice tea in the camellia accompanied by bird chirps. I've never had the chance to use it, but there's also a gas barbecue. I hope I'll rent from the same place next year.
