A very convenient place to stay, near to the MRT station which is accesible to nearby malls and tourist spots. Choices of eateries, supermarket and shops connected at ground floor, we could top up our daily appliances anytime. Host is very friendly, and instructions are very clear. Thanks for the stay, we felt like home and would sure like to stay again next time if there's chance!

It was a nice place but it was kinda hard to get a grab because of it’s location. Other than that, it was a lovely place.

Everything was good and gonna repeat it again.

Its a peaceful stay at Gin's place. Felt right at home. It was clean, quiet and the view from the balcony was also beautiful. The check in was smooth and Gin was responsive as well. The place was spacious and had all the right amenities. There were restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great stay. apartment was clean and tidy and looked exactly as the pictures. host was very responsive and helped resolve any issues we faced making our stay very stress free, which was very much appreciated. highly recommend if you're looking for a clean, spacious apartment. there is also a hypermarket (Giant) within walking distance so that's a plus too

Very convinent location, lots of shops downstairs and just across the road, helpful and proactive host!

During the stay, I do face some trouble when access carpark as the access card doesnt work and very frastured especially when we drove long hour to that area. However, the host was helped to solve the problem immediately even it is after their working hour. They are very responsive and willing to listen what we need. Thanks host.

Stayed for a short rest, Very secured with access card on almost every entrance so it's either perfect if you like it private and safe but a hassle for those who prefer convenience experience. The staff was helpful, The room was comfortable, kitchen and bathroom is clean, and most importantly the view especially at night is exceptionally beautiful. Not able to comment on the amenities because too lazy to go down. Oher than that, it was a wonderful experience.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the projector was very clear, and it was a very pleasant stay. The owner is also very easy to get along with and provides what we need.

After traveling to many countries and staying at many different Airbnbs, this was easily the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at and the best host I’ve ever had. The place is perfect for short term and long term stays. We arrived to the Airbnb at night and were greeted by Ng who went out of his way to provide us with dinner so that we can have a restful first night after flying in. The place is very spacious and had everything we wanted and needed during our stay. The space has a luxurious feel to it, with a great view of the Petronas towers. The living room and kitchen area were very nice, and the bedroom and bathroom were extremely comfortable. Location is great and so were the amenities. Fast working elevators in the building was also nice to have. Air conditioning worked well and bathroom shower had great pressure. We felt at home here and if we are ever in Kuala Lumpur again we will be sure to stay here again. Thank you, Ng!

Clean, Comfortable & Convenient! 1. Host was kind to let us check in early (1.30pm) and explained things very clearly. 2. Dual suite - 1 studio flat + the other one 1-bedroom apt. Both units have their own entrance but connected by one main door. 3. Clean - I was impressed at how spotless all the bedrooms & bathrooms were! Amenities were provided as listed in description. 4. Location - Ground Flr of Lucentia Residences connects to a parking lot, which then has a door. That door opens directly to Lalaport. Very easy to access Jaya Grocer convenience store & many restaurants. Also very quiet at night (no party or honking sounds heard) so light sleepers, you can sleep in peace every night! 5. Maybe can change the mini iron board to an iron board with stand. But we only used it 2x so not much of an issue. Also suggesting to include photos in the PDF guide / location of the mail room to return keys on check-out day. Other than that, overall very satisfied! Hope to come again in the future.

Our stay was great. Hannah's communication is the best and we knew exactly what to do. The recommendations were also nice and it was very helpfull to have Mr. Chuan as a taxi driver from the airport. I also would like to say that the room have everything that we needed, even bottled water ! The rooftop with the pool was a real plus. We went there everyday and it never was busy. Lalaport mall is just near, with a lot of restaurants :) A walking distance to Jalan Alor too. I recommend this stay !
