Wake up, quickly run the 100 m to the beach for a refreshing swim before having breakfast on the sunny balcony and start the day with a coffee! That was our dream which came true with this beautiful 3-room flat in the seaside town Ahlbeck.

At the same time, you are only about 600 m to the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information are within easy walking distance. The apartment is 35 m² with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a lovely terrace with lounge furniture.

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.
