A unique opportunity to see and stay in one of the two small, yellow, brick-built houses by the water. The two houses were restored in 1978-79 and in 1982 received a diploma from the "Association for Building and Landscape Culture" and "Europa Nostra". The two houses are protected to this day and are mostly seen as a photo stop for tourists. The house is located right down to the water, which is seen from the windows, but at the same time in the middle of the city, with life and a lot of activities. If you want to be on the beach, Kobæk beach is only 2 kilometers away.

The large sun terrace is for long days in the sun, and a spacious garden invites you to play and have fun, while a convenient outdoor shower is perfect for a quick rinse after a day at the beach. In addition, it is about 3.5 km to the beautiful Stillinge beach, restaurant, and ice cream stand. NOT RENTED FOR PARTIES.

Charming three-acre property, beautifully located on the outskirts of Skafterup and on the road to Bisserup, with a sandy beach and a cozy local harbor. An 80 m2 apartment with an open living room/kitchen and direct access to the garden. Focus on Sustainability with, among other things, recycled furniture. The property has been renovated with respect, including windows painted with linseed oil, oak timber framing, paper wool insulation, etc. Waste sorting and recycling are important to us, so we optimize raw materials and resources for future generations.

The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Relax on the leather sofa, enjoy a hot bath in the bathtub with a nice cup of coffee from the espresso machine, or sleep well in the comfortable Dunlopillo adjustable bed. The apartment has a full kitchen, 60" flat-screen TV with TV streaming and a cozy dining area. Only 140 m to the pedestrian street, 550 m to the harbor and 3.5 km to Kobæk Beach. Rema 1000 and pizzeria are just 100 meters away.

(Will follow in English) Fantastic charming cottage, in an excellent location! The feeling of standing on the deck of a ship when the sea and beautiful beach are 4 meters down from the house. There are stairs down to the beach. Beautiful 180 degrees view of Storebælt, both from inside the house and from the terrace. The terrace is south-facing so there is sun all day :-) It is 26 meters wide and forms the heart of our beautiful summer house. You can see both the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the house.

The guest house has its own bathroom and kitchen. There is a private entrance and parking. The guest house is well suited for a night or two for guests passing through. Many choose the place as a quiet stop on their journey. Guests can check in without a host. Get in gear and enjoy our animals in the beautiful nature, with fields as far as the eye can see and maybe a trip in the kayak or hot tub. Cook in the kitchen, on the grill or over a fire. We have sheep, lots of chickens, and mischievous cats, and starting in March, we'll have little lambs out in the field. Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.
