The place had a lot of amenities, you will find everything that you need for a long stay. Anand was really helpful and also the security helps you with any requirements promptly. Almost all good beaches are 15-20 mins drive which is quite convenient.

The place was well maintained and pretty clean. It wasn’t far from the new airport so even though we arrived to Goa at 10:30 we were able to be in bed by 11:30. There are tons of great places to eat around the house. We went to fat fish which has awesome food and is just a 20 minutes by car. Having a washing machine was a big plus point as we were able to wash our clothes after our kayaking adventure. Over all I’ll give this place a 5 ⭐️ rating and would definitely visit again!

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped — it features a spacious hall with a TV that supports all major OTT platforms, a cozy bedroom, and a clean bathroom. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances for cooking, and the added convenience of a washing machine was a big plus. The host, Nitin, is incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help when needed. Overall, it’s a perfect place that truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

Sachin Ji was very helpful and responseful, place was same as the photos and locality is peaceful, it has mostly all the amenities and i didn't face any issues, highly recommend.

amazing view to enjoy waking up, enjoying a cup of coffee, enjoying a meal alone or with others. apartment is large for 2 couples or family. bonus is washing machine and balconies. Area is quiet but close to markets, beaches, cafes and restaurants. need some kind of transportation. there is plenty of parking available. Host, Sanna responds immediately, guard helpful and friendly. Swimming pool excellent to cool down!

Best Place u will find , its even better then the pictures …. Very picturesque and aesthetically designed home Highly recommended! Only cons is that its little remote i.e only attraction around is parra road and u can do nothing much by strolling (lesser food options around all 2-3kms away) Minus this things its the best and go ahead booking it without any second thoughts !

We had a great stay at this apartment in Morjim. The location is super convenient—just minutes from all the best beaches. The space itself is bright, spacious, and really peaceful, with big balconies surrounded by greenery that make it feel relaxing and homely. It’s open on all sides, so there’s always fresh air and sunlight pouring in. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

The Condo was beautifully designed and was homely enough to stay with my family. The help was available during the day and would assist with household chores. Anuradha was responsive and ensured we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend the place!

We were a group of 5 and we absolutely loved the place, looked exactly like it does in the pictures. The host also suggested places to try nearby. Very close to main places in Vagator and Chapora. Will definitely come back 👌🏻

Easy location (central too!) Easy flexible check in. The COOLEST welcome- literally! The lights and AC had been turned on already to welcome us - what more could one ask for coming in from the sweltering heat of May! The place was love at first sight! Absolutely true to the pictures, in fact even better in person. Spotless. Tasteful decor, every piece seemed painstakingly handpicked. The room was super cozy. The washing machine and dryer were a big boon. The green and happy balcony one wouldn’t want to leave! The gym and pool upstairs were simply perfect to cool off in the evenings. Every little detail was taken care of and any help required was just a quick phone call away. Our 4 days there felt absolutely at home. And the temptation to extend the stay was real!!! The stay was wonderful! The house is exactly like what you see in the pictures. The location is a bit isolated but honestly it’s a nice place, away from the hustle bustle of the rest of Goa. Highly recommended!

I recently visited Goa with my family, and staying at Shilpa's home truly felt like a slice of paradise. The place had every amenity we could possibly need, and Shilpa herself was incredibly warm, welcoming, and quick to respond. She even went above and beyond by letting us check in 3–4 hours early, which was a huge help. The room was spotless and cozy, and we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by another charming guest, Kalu the cat! He’s absolutely adorable and such a sweetheart. Our experience with both Shilpa and Kalu was wonderful, and I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. If you're new to Goa, don’t hesitate to ask Shilpa for local recommendations; hers were spot-on and really enhanced our trip.

Amazing host, love the place , beautiful locality

We had an amazing stay at Tanvi’s place in Arambol! The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a large living room perfect for work, a cozy sofa, a long mirror, and a well-equipped kitchen with all the basics. The bedroom was the highlight—two queen beds together made for plenty of space, the AC and fans worked well, and the bathroom was spacious with great shower pressure. The WiFi was reliable, and while there were occasional power issues, they were outside the hosts' control. The location is fantastic—10 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to shops and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet at night with no disturbances. The private entrance and respectful neighbors made it feel even more comfortable. Tanvi and Sarvesh were truly wonderful hosts—attentive, kind, and always ready to help. They made sure we had fresh towels, beach towels, clean sheets, and anything else we needed. Highly recommend staying here—we’d love to come back!

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Had an amazing experience at Leen Stays. The apartment was cozy and the location was also nice. The cherry on top is the Jacuzzi in the apartment and the infinity pool on the top of the building. Also, Siddharth is very helpful and always responsive. Highly Recommend.

My stay at Jen's place was amazing. the flat has all the appliances listed and more. It actyslly looks better in real than in the pictures - it's clean, spacious, bright and airy, plus big balcony with the view on the pools. Both, check-in and check-out, went quickly & smoothly, security guys at the gate are friendly and welcoming. The apartments are located off the main road, so it's peaceful and quiet around, but all you need is 5min walk and you're back to vibrant surrounding full of bars, restaurants etc. Beach is 10-15 min walk away. There are also ATM nearby (always useful) and taxi stand in case if you wanna get somewhere farther. But most importantly - Jen is a star! we kept in touch during my stay, she is friendly, was extremely helpful on multiple occasions, her English is top-notch, so the communications was brilliant, and there was never any issues. I highly highly recommend! 👍🙂
