Vacation rentals with a patio in Koreatown, Los Angeles

My partner and I had a great time at Maxime’s place. It was comfortable and well-maintained. Maxime is very kind and responsive to any questions we have. One thing to keep in mind when staying downtown facing the street is that you can hear the traffic despite the new double-glass windows. Also, the gym and pool area are fantastic and peaceful.

Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

Nice location, very clean and comfortable. Host is very responsive and even came past to check the thermostat was on and set to the right temperature for us when I didn’t know how to work it.

Tina was an amazing host, very friendly and communicative well and prompt. Everything was above and beyond. Clean and exactly as described and better. Perfect location with options for parking.

We had a wonderful time staying at Nishi’s place. The neighborhood was gorgeous and very convenient — within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and hiking trails. And a short drive away from major attractions. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious (I’d say the apartment itself looked even nicer than the pictures), with many nice amenities. Absolutely recommend for anyone visiting LA!

Cathy’s place was exactly what the pictures showed on the listing. Her hospitality and quick response to all my questions my out stay comfortable and easy going. We will definitely book again soon as the sunset view was my favorite part of our stay. Thank you Cathy!

We had a great stay! The instructions were clear which made check-in and check-out easy. The area was walkable to grocery stores, food, farmers market, etc. Nice place for a weekend getaway!

Easily one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The space captured the local vibe perfectly — stylish, welcoming, and peaceful. The layout was fantastic, and it felt like stepping into a Restoration Hardware showroom. Everything was spotless, and surprisingly, it was incredibly quiet throughout the stay. Jasmine was a lovely and communicative host. The back house was the perfect size for 2 people and checking in and out was a breeze! It was equipped with everything we needed and felt very cozy. There was ample street parking and the neighborhood was quiet and convenient as well! Highly recommend for those looking to stay in Los Feliz.

I’m extremely satisfied with John’s beautiful house, and I can say this is the best place I’ve ever stayed in LA among all of my 17 LA trips. My parents were so obsessed with John’s place and they said they wanna stay here forever. John’s place was so clean, bright, and prestige, which was exactly matched with the pictures. John was also being very responsive and friendly (always reply less than 10 mins). Nice place and totally worthy!

Great home and location, but the very best thing about this property was Carlos! His attention to detail and his drive to make sure everything was exactly how it should be were a fantastic comfort during my entire stay.

Jordan's lisiting was exactly what and where I needed to be for my 5-day stay in Silver Lake. The pictures and description of the amenities are accurate, and the apartment felt very private and secluded even though it is in the middle of an urban neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable, the blackout curtains really work(!), and the bathroom was spacious and well designed. I can recommend this property for a pleasant and comfortable stay - I will stay there again!

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
