We enjoyed our stay. Korçë surprised us with so much to see, especially the medieval museum we found overwhelming. And that we got a private tour at the brewery, when we spontaneously reported to the gate, was great. Apartment offers exactly what is on the site. Great parking space at apartment and convenient key pick-up at supermarket around the corner. Highly recommended

Nice apartment and nice price

Great place, comfortable, clean, newer building with new amenities. Unfortunately the transformer failed the night we checked in. Petro was responsive and we stayed a few nights despite no power. Petro asked to have us stay at a local hotel free of charge. Once there was no warm water we took him up on the offer and he followed through with no hesitation. The power outage was out of his control but he saw to our stay being comfortable regardless. Our family lived our time in Korce with so much to do around the apartment and would love to come back. Great place!

Helena apartment was nice cozy place Good location, evrithing was to close from the house, bars ,restaurants,pazar of Korça. Parking was in front of the building with CCTV 👍 I like that And Helena helped me a lot a bout instructions for the house and how to find it.

This was an absolutely beautiful apartment, and Alseda couldn't have been more helpful. The view is spectacular and the apartment huge, clean, and a really comfortable bed and blackout blinds made for an amazing sleep. I am so glad we chose to stay here. We added an additional day as it was so good :)

Great apartment with everything you might need during your travel. The apartment was clean, 10 minutes away from city center and the host was helpful. I can recommend to other guests.

I spent two months in this apartment because I wanted somewhere to chill and unwind after travelling all summer. The apartment is very modern and has pretty much everything you need for a long stay. I was provided with enough towels and bed sheets to run a small hotel and given plenty of toiletries too which was nice. WiFi is fast, water pressure is good, the lake is basically on your doorstep and it's really relaxing. The apartment will start to get a bit chilly as winter approaches, but there's an electric heater available (the furnace wasn't connected for my stay but I'm sure it could be if you ask). The building does have a lift but you need the special fob on the key to activate it so your first trip up to the sixth floor might be tough! I didn't get to meet Erion (self check-in) but he was great and always available to help; very quick with responses, especially when I had one or two minor issues (which were resolved very quickly). The only minor negative was that the building had a two-week period in the middle of my stay where it suffered from regular power-cuts, probably due to some construction nearby. 100% would stay here again if I come back to Pogradec, especially in the summer, where Pogradec will probably be a bit more lively :)

We had a warm welcome at this place and enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is close to the lake, restaurants and shopping possibilities. I can highly recommend to spend time there!

Perfect place to stay in Pogradec. The flat was in the main road with a great view of lake from balcony. Very clean also. Lots of space inside. In overall highly recommended.

It was a great location and it had a amazing view! It felt like home and Nikola was supper accommodating. I would highly recommend this place if you are wanting to go to Pogradec!!!
