Great place to stay for a quiet getaway with my husband. Quiet and peaceful, yet just 10 minutes from downtown CDA restaurants, parks & shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with windows on all walls to see the beauty outside. We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo watching the sun go down and the boats go by. Katherine was always available to help with any questions and local recommendations.

AMAZING views! The sunsets were beautiful. The place was easy to get to and in a great location. It was clean, and communication with the host was easy.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, clean place, attention to details, picturesque views, pleasant walk to/by the lake, friendly host. Has everything that one might need away from home. Would recommend for a quiet getaway.

Absolutely beautiful house! We landed super late and had to check in super late and they were so understanding. Our boys loved the house and all the lake toys even in the 60° weather. Shelley was so sweet and made checking in and everything so easy for us! :)

Our stay at Ellen’s Place was great, we had 2 infants and Ellen had a baby monitor and play pen which was great and felt very at home. Ellen was very responsive to any questions we may have had and overall a great host. We hope to visit again soon, and I’d recommend Ellen’s place to anyone looking to visit Rockford Bay.

Beautiful views and a nice place for events. Not many places are so accommodating with hosting events.

Had a wonderful stay. Beautiful location on the lake. Loved the use of the paddle boards, canoe and pedal boat. House was very clean and relaxing.

Have stayed at this Airbnb SEVERAL times now - almost like an annual tradition at this point - and it’s because of location and the incredible hospitality that they show EVERY SINGLE TIME to us. We are so grateful for our northern Idaho friends and the memorable highlight they provide every year! Can’t say enough good things.

Amazing house. Loved it. Joshua is amazing. He responds to any questions with lighting speed. And we had some tricky circumstances with needing to get friends to the airport and not enough room in the car etc. He was so helpful and accommodating with the situation. Plus Iron Man was happening on the day we checked out, so roads were shut down etc. and Joshua looked into the situation and told us what we could do—just super helpful. As to the house, it is well appointed without too much fluff/clutter. Sitting on the deck looking out is both stunning and serene. Having dinner on the lower BBQ deck was peaceful and so enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic home to spend time with friends or family.

What a lovely place rented out by lovely people. They had everything and more with a perfect rental guide for the area. Nice and quiet. I was worried about fitting all 10 people in the house and making sure everyone had sleeping arrangements but it actually worked out perfectly. 10/10 would stay again

Had the best lake weekend here! This is one of those places that you want to gate keep so the word doesn’t get out, but also that wouldn’t be fair. Buddy’s place had absolutely everything you could want for a weekend at the lake with your favorite people. Multiple times throughout the trip we were surprised with what was there and commented how prepared and ready this place was. The mattresses were also very comfortable and there is nothing like having your own dock! Thank you for a great stay!

Great place to stay in the Coeur d”Alene area. I love the views and the convenient location. They were quick to respond to questions and very helpful. The beds were comfortable as was the living room furniture. It had a great bar to eat at as well as a dining room table.

Phillip and his wife have been very kind to us. We were scheduled to arrive early the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. communication with them was easy and friendly. They even made sure we had extra chairs available for our Thanksgiving dinner with family. Unfortunately on our way to Idaho we were in a massive car accident that left us in the hospital for several days. We missed out on our stay at this property. Philip and his wife were very understanding and sent us all the well wishes and healing vibes. We recommend staying at this property based on the kindness we received from the hosts. We will certainly be attempting another stay with them as soon as we can.

The best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed at. Exceeded my expectations. Great location, very clean, well-appointed, cozy, with the most incredible floor to ceiling waterfront views. I loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the river and the convenience of walking down to the restaurants downstairs. Appreciated the thoughtful personal touches and unique tasteful art and decor and premium bedding and towels which made it feel like a home away from home. Excellent communication with host. 10 out of 10. I checked out today and I’m already thinking of booking my return visit.

This place was such an amazing find. My family loved staying at this lakefront home. We did the Hiawatha Trail, a couple of days at Silverwood, and celebrated my daughter's birthday there. The views of the lake are wonderful. The setting is beautiful. The only negative I can think of was that there seems to not be great insulation in between units. I fell asleep listening to a stranger snoring on the other side of the wall and was woken up by people walking around above us. We also left a fan on while we were out one day and someone had left an angry note on our door about them hearing the fan. But overall it was a lovely place and we would love to stay here again.

Had a great stay at CDA Vacation Rentals condo. The location is ideal with lots of things to do within walking distance. If you want to do some walking or cycling the centennial trial is just outside. The condo is super comfortable and nicely furnished. The host was very responsive to questions we had and helpful during our stay. Overall, highly recommend this stay!

This is a beautiful townhouse with a great view of the lake. Very clean and comfortable. I liked that there were TV’s and fans in the rooms. Shower was great in the master. This location is about 25 minute down steep terrain to get to Coeur D’Alene and restaurants. There isn’t really anything close or within walking distance if you are looking to be near town. The parking space was a little difficult to find as the spaces aren’t in numerical order as you would expect!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo. Situated right on the water, it offers stunning views that are truly breathtaking. The condo includes a well-stocked kitchen that made meal preparation a breeze. The full-size washer and dryer were incredibly convenient, especially for a longer stay. The garage was a fantastic bonus, particularly during inclement weather. The hosts were gracious and responsive, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly set this experience apart. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.
