Condo vacation rentals in Kootenai County

This balcony is amazing! This condo was larger than some of the others. Only downfall (if you could call it that) is that there is only a keurig, not a traditional coffee pot. Loved this space.

This was a very peaceful, clean, and comfortable stay away from any hint of hustle and bustle! Be sure to stop somewhere for groceries (the local general store is very limited). The whole place was well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms, including games, towels, and an electric bbq on the patio with the most amazing view. We were looking for a quiet scenic get away and this place nailed it. Fishing access was great, space for camp chairs and a lunch box! No fish caught, but the views kept our eyes occupied anyway. Carts in the well lit parking garage were nice to make a single trip with luggage and groceries through the elevators. We recommend using the optional key for entry, the long code was a bit cumbersome with timing it right, but the key worked great. Internet speed was more than sufficient for streaming (after a phone call we learned the directv boxes and fireplace are disconnected). HVAC was adjustable and very comfortable. We are looking forward to returning.

Wonderful apartment! Very clean and fresh. Central to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. short ride to Silverwood Park! Have nothing bad to say regarding this unit, very affordable

Just as described..we really enjoyed our stay in beautiful Coeur d'Alene. Great location, we walked pretty much everywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a great, walkable spot and are unbothered by noise from nearby bars this will be a great spot for you. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating.

I was traveling with co-workers for training. This was perfect, the location was about one mile from our office. Instructions were sent on where to park, which was right under our apartment on the second floor. I was sent a code prior to are arrival to get into the apartment. The rooms looked just like the pictures. Everything was clean and in place. I slept in the main bedroom and it was very comfortable, this had a queen bed. One of the other rooms had a full bed and the other two twins. My co-workers slept great with no complaints. Hotel size shampoo, conditioners, and lotions were provided. I saved over half of what I would have paid for three hotel rooms. Great savings, great location, over all a great place to stay!

Great location! It felt very safe, walkable to downtown park, marina, and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The condo was clean, relaxing and the king-sized bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this condo.

What a great property! We had a great last weekend in CDA picking up our daughter from her last year at NIC. Whitney's place was the perfect location and walkable to so many restaurants and coffee shops. If we come back to Courdalene we will most definitely stay here! Thanks again! Reid

We came to town for a cattle show at the fairgrounds. Perfect location to everything. Gorgeous condo and very clean! Robey was the very responsive and answered all my questions. We were even able to get into the condo early which was a huge help for us all to get some much needed R&R. All the amenities you could ever need. Kitchen stocked very well. Thank you for a wonderful, comfortable place to stay! We won’t hesitate to book this place again!

The pictures do not do it justice, the surroundings are beautiful, the patio is a fantastic place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. You feel like you are in the wilderness, but the freeway is only minutes away. We have found our new home away from home in the Pacific Northwest. THANK YOU TYLER!!

We needed a place to stay in Twin Lakes Village and we found this gem. Homey and welcoming, we have enjoyed our stay. Lori has been very attentive to our questions.

We had a wonderful visit. The condo was a distance from grocery stores and restaurants. However it was a very comfortable and beautiful place to stay. We look forward to a return trip.

This is a beautiful townhouse with a great view of the lake. Very clean and comfortable. I liked that there were TV’s and fans in the rooms. Shower was great in the master. This location is about 25 minute down steep terrain to get to Coeur D’Alene and restaurants. There isn’t really anything close or within walking distance if you are looking to be near town. The parking space was a little difficult to find as the spaces aren’t in numerical order as you would expect!

We stayed at Travis’ condo for 4 nights and it was just what we were looking for. We were in town for a family member's graduation and the accommodations were perfect. Travis was super easy to work with and quick to respond. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. It is in a wonderful location on Twin Lakes Golf Course. It is quiet and cozy, right on the golf course and close to the lake. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or the pickle ball courts but that gives us something to look forward to next time. I would definitely recommend this location and this host.
