Lovely apartment in a historic villa. Beautiful large common spaces with also games for my daughter. The host was friendly, were kindly welcomed by 1 of the temporary residents. We stayed there for 1 night on the way back from vacation in France. There was plenty of time to take a nice walk to the castle and eat there in a restaurant or walk to the center. Plenty of beautiful fairytale castles to be seen in the surrounding area.

we had a great time with the family in the house. There were 8 of us. The house is very large. 4 beautiful bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A very large room with open kitchen and living room allowed us to have a great time! The decoration is very neat and the house is extremely clean. We also enjoyed the very peaceful terrace with views of the cows and nature. I recommend this beautiful house for visiting a very beautiful region of Belgium!

We stayed 2 nights with Laeticia, a group of 6 adults. We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was confined to descriptions. Laeticia is a very gracious, helpful and active host. I would highly recommend this rental.

We were guests at Xavier's with three generations of our family. We were all completely satisfied. Very convenient for us that a bedroom is equipped for people with disabilities and is also easily accessible with a walker or wheelchair. We will definitely come back next year! Thanks for the great time!!

We loved the stay! We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We especially liked the terrace and the garden! We loved playing table tennis. Rackets were there :) The house even exceeded our expectations, which we had based on the ad. The kitchen is well equipped and furnished with everything (filter coffee machine, Seneseo, good knives, bowls, casserole dishes, 2 refrigerators). We were unsure if we also needed to bring cleaning cloths and dry cloths for the kitchen. These were available. Dishwasher, dishwasher tablets and spices were also there. The garage was very convenient for us! Thank you for the beautiful accommodation!

Really enjoyed our stay. The view is tough to beat and it’s an easy drive into the city. There is no TV on the property but we thought that was a plus actually and we enjoined the chance to disconnect for a few days. Would definitely go back.

We really enjoyed our stay in this incredible villa! It is perfect for groups (we were 11 people) since there is a lot of space in the house and the garden area. The kitchen is perfect to cook/have a big barbecue as there is plenty of tableware and lots of equipment. We especially enjoyed laying at the pool or sitting by the fireplace. A really excellent price-performance ratio. Would definitely recommend! We will for sure come back again

We had a great time at this property which is perfect for groups. There is plenty of space for everyone which made our stay very comfortable. Unfortunately, the lake is not suitable for swimming, which was a bit disappointing. But the village is all the more beautiful and very charming. Overall a beautiful place for a relaxing stay!

We are really very excited about the place, we were 12 women and had a bachelor party. In the evening we grilled in the garden and there is everything you need in the house. Each floor has its own bathroom and there is plenty of room for everyone. We'll be happy to come back sometime!

Tidy, nice house with a garden. Spacious kitchen and living room. Nice, professionally designed terrace. The neighborhood is quiet but not deserted, the medieval village is a few minutes away on foot. Everything is floral and clean. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was that three bedrooms are in the basement, where the air is as humid as a basement, but this can be solved with thoughtful ventilation. The staircase to the basement is very tight, this wasn't that important to us, but for someone else it might be. Overall, it's a French small town vibe, nice people, easy to get around by car with great French dining rooms in the surrounding cities.

We had a lovely stay in the nice airbnb. It is very complete and spacious for 2 adults and 2 children, beautiful views over the hills and beautiful fruit trees, flowers and vegetables in the garden for which they work hard. We got delicious vegetables, herbs and fruits from the garden, the French bakery drives past the house: it was delicious! The pool was a big party for our children and so also for ourselves! The airbnb is in a rural location, nice city Metz 30 minutes drive. We felt very welcome with our host, warm and involved but also sweet for the kids. Thank you very much for everything! Au Revoir!!

House rented for an EVG with 11 people. Very spacious with all the essentials for a good weekend. The room with pool, ping pong table and sauna is a real plus! The outside is very well maintained and the heated pool is very nice in the sun. Check-out was possible at 7pm on Sunday evening which allowed us to fully enjoy the weekend. Would definitely stay again.
