The old rectory, built around 1712, invites you to linger after more than 50 years of vacancy and a complete monument renovation. The focus of the renovation was on preserving the original building fabric, as well as the use of natural building materials. Natural stone floors, new and old Oak planks, clay plaster, lime colors and solid wood kitchen paired with crooked walls and design classics give the old rectory a very special charm that we are happy to share with you!

You will have sole occupancy in the Former Landgrave's Hunting Lodge in Eppenbrunn, a remarkably beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 in a 4415m² park with a barbecue area and a wooded area. The villa has been modernized while largely preserving its historic character, so that you can use spacious bedrooms, a luxurious kitchen, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with library, a billiard room, WiFi and TV. You can store your bikes in the outbuilding.
