The nearest beach is at a distance of 10 minutes walk and also in the area you can find : pool, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, farmacy, hospital and supermarkets. The house is located on the second floor,it is a 40 sqm loft with an obvious roof.It has a bedroom,bathroom as well as a common space that includes the kitchen and living room a more nice part of the house however we consider it to be the balcony which is quite big and overlooks to the Marina with the boats and the north part of the island.
