My experience with Tereza’s apartment was excellent. She was very hospitable. The surrounding area had numerous fantastic restaurants in walking distance.

Το διαμερισμα ήταν εξαιρετικο! Πολύ καθαρό, ομορφο, άνετο και ήσυχο διαμέρισμα. Ο κ.Κωστας ευγενέστατος και εξυπηρετικος, μας ενημέρωσε για ολα και την δωρεάν στάθμευση κοντά στον χώρο. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ κοντά στην λίμνη και στα μαγαζιά, ταβερνες και καφέ. Ήταν όλα υπέροχα! Πάλι εσάς θα επιλέξουμε στην επόμενη εξόρμηση μας στα Γιάννενα.

This place was perfect for three-four people. Very comfortable and convenient. The only issue was the elevator was out of order and we had to climb up 2 floors with luggage. Nikos and Roi were very responsive. Will certainly stay her again if in the area.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καλό. Ήταν αρκετά ζεστό δεδομένου του κρύου καιρού. Υπήρχαν όλα τα απαραίτητα. Τα σκεπάσματα και οι πετσέτες ήταν καθαρές. Αν το κρεβάτι δεν ήταν τόσο συριμωχτο θα ήταν ακόμα καλύτερα. Επιπλέον υπήρχε μεταφορά θορύβου από το πάνω διαμέρισμα, ίσως πιο πάνω από όσο θα προτιμούσαμε. Σε γενικές γραμμές μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι.

We’re so happy to be staying in this apartment! It’s clean, cozy, and comfortable. The host welcomed us personally and gave clear instructions. The place is quiet and close to AB. I highly recommend this apartment!

this is the nicest house we have been, nicely decorated , like a real dream vacation home. kitchen with everything you need, gave us advice on activities, restaurants everything we wanted to know. the house is in a village, all neighbors came to say hello, the cute dog, cat and even a 🐓. and there is fireplace ready with all equipment needed. we sure will like to come again

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι, με μεγάλους άνετους χώρους, εφοδιασμένο με οτιδήποτε θα μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε. Ο κύριος Βασίλης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός, μας υποδέχτηκε & μας βοήθησε να νιώσουμε πολύ άνετα. Θα σύστηνα ανεπιφύλακτα τον συγκεκριμένο χώρο & οικοδεσπότη!!

Nice spacious house with beautiful surrounding. Host waited for us and give us keys and instructions. We recieved nice map how to get to the house.

It was one of the best places I've stayed. The house was easy to find, in the heart of the old city. It's an amazing location; everything is within walking distance, which makes your visit to the city so much more enjoyable. Also, Christos was kind enough to provide us with free underground parking which helped a ton with the difficult parking situation in the city and we are more than thankful for that! Also, the house was spotless clean, wonderfully designed with all the necessities. Just a heads up, because the house is located next to a small bar, on Saturday nights it can get a bit noisy from the music next door. Other than that, its a highly recommended place to stay from me! An extraordinary place, with a superb view, everything impeccable, modern, with 2 very large living areas, super equipped kitchen, cleanliness, everything minimalist with good taste. The terrace with the bay view, wonderful. I will definitely recommend the apartment, and I hope we will come back again. I recommend to those who want a quiet vacation away from the noise and bustle of the city. I communicated very well with the owner and Mrs. Ingrid.

Harmony Villa is a recently renovated home tucked away in a private enclave in the old walled city. This three story, three- bedroom, two and half bath home has all the amenities – touch lighting, power curtains, walk-in showers and a well-equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. A full washer and dryer are located downstairs next to the children’s playroom. The playroom leads to the one-car garage. Outside spaces are found as an upstairs balcony and a screened back lanai, both overlook a fragrant backyard flower garden. The home is also tastefully designed with avant-garde lighting fixtures, hardwood floors, fireplace, and on the wall coverings depict an idyllic lake. As we stayed 17-days, we prepared many meals in the kitchen with ease. Moreover, Konstantina is super responsive. What’s more is that the home is serviced every three days. What a find!

Für uns war die Wohnung sehr praktisch gelegen. Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Alle notwendigen Infos wurden vorab geteilt.

La casa è arredata modernamente, con gusto, e con mobili di alta qualità. Cucina super-attrezzata e di alto livello, come tutti gli arredi della casa. Tutto quanto può servire in casa è a disposizione degli ospiti. Ci sono quattro camere da letto matrimoniali con ampi armadi, 2.5 bagni moderni, due zone soggiorno molto ampie e terrazzi in ogni stanza; nessun problema ad ospitare 8 ospiti (per due famiglie è l'ideale). Aria condizionata regolabile in ogni stanza. Accesso ad una spiaggetta di ciottoli attraverso scalinata (80 gradini), ma possibile anche arrivarci dalla strada (2 minuti a piedi). Noi abbiamo avuto un problema con delle piccole api (non aggressive) che entravano nella nostra stanza da letto attraverso il condotto dell'aria condizionata. Lo abbiamo segnalato a Frau Ingrid, e vista la situazione generale siamo sicuri che verrà risolto in tempi brevissimi. Credo sarebbe corretto segnalare sul sito web che l'acqua corrente è utilizzabile per cucinare, ma non è potabile.

Άριστη φιλοξενία και εξυπηρέτηση από τον οικοδεσπότη , ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος και αρκετά κοντά στο κέντρο .

Εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενέστατοι οι οικοδεσπότες. Το κατάλυμα πεντακάθαρο και εξοπλισμένο με ότι χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

Fantastic home in beautiful Përmet. Great value with everything you need. It's a short walk from supermarkets, restaurants and Elite Gym, so if you value keeping up with your gym routine, the gym is right down the road, contact them on IG (@elite_gym_permet). The owner of the property, Marsida, is lovely. She is very helpful and accommodating. I had such a great 3 month stay here; I'd definitely come back. Përmet really is such a beautiful place.

Everything was wonderful with the apartment, very clean, pretty, had lots of useful things like kettle, toaster, and microwave, amazing view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Great location to walk into the centre, secure gated parking too, so everything you need. Chrissa was extremely helpful and a wonderful host. Would love to come back and stay again.

Το σπίτι ειναι στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων δίπλα στην Νομαρχία. Πολύ καθαρός και όμορφος χώρος. Είχε μέχρι και στρώμα γυμναστικής και βαράκια! Ο Δημήτρης και ο πατέρας του απαντούσανε πάντα πολύ γρήγορα στα μηνύματα μου.
