New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

The summerhouse is new and located on Vestsjaelland by Kongsmark beach in a quiet summerhouse area with both green areas and the water close by. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. With a completely enclosed garden and 500 meters to the water . There is only one bedroom, but the option to pull out the sofa for an extra bed..there is a small hallway where it is only 190 in height. (just for info) Possibility of children's beds 18 min to Slagelse midtown 5 min drive to the position beach and there are eating/shopping options and lots of ice cream❤️
