Il soggiorno in questo appartamento è stato stupendo! La casa è bellissima e Gordana è stata incredibilmente accogliente e ha pensato a tutto. Ci ha riempito il frigorifero con molti prodotti del suo orto e anche acquisti apposta per noi! Ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni per farci vivere al meglio la zona. Infine, quando siamo andati via, ci ha fatto anche un regalo! Grazie!

Zeljko and his wife are very welcoming and great hosts. They offered to pick us up and drop us off at the airport as we had opted not to hire a car for our stay. Our trip was all about relaxation and that is exactly what we found here at the villa and in Molunat. The views from the terrace are incredible. The highlight of the villa is it's Jacuzzi on the terrace which is perfect for an evening soak and a glass of wine. Location-wise you are about a 2 minute walk from a small supermarket which stocks most essentials. About a 10 minute walk around the bay is Lancana, currently the village's only restaurant. But the menu is great, staff are very friendly and you can easily go every night! There is also a small establishment called Odgusta which does great fast food like burgers and pizzas. Border with Montenegro is a short distance by car and day trips to Dubrovnik are also easily done (around an hour). Thoroughly enjoyable stay and a must-book for someone who just wants to relax.

Magnificent house on two floors. Large yard and pool. The house was more than we imagined. Beautiful and peaceful environment. Cooperation with the host went very well. Six adults and seven children fit very well.

We had a fantastic 2 week holiday here in May. We took a bit of a punt as there were no reviews at the time of our booking. But we couldn’t have been happier. The location is perfect - a beautiful, peaceful, rural setting just a short drive from the airport. The accommodation itself is very comfortable and clean with plenty of space for us as a family (two adults, a baby and a preschooler). There is plenty to see and do locally. Cavtat was a highlight for us and we returned several times. We found the host’s recommendations to be excellent- we ate out every day for two weeks and didn’t have a bad meal, all the food was outstanding. We really felt the host went above and beyond with their communication. The pool was too cold for the baby - but then we did visit out of season in May and we were warned in advance that the pool wasn’t heated. The weather was perfect for young kiddos - warm but not too hot. We can 100% recommend.

Thank you to Marina and Marko for an unforgettable stay at your beautiful home. Right from enquiring about the Villa, Marina was quick to respond and extremely informative. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the villa and shown around by Marko, they had very kindly left us a fruit platter, biscuits and some beers. The Villa is beautiful inside and out and the air conditioning is extremely welcomed in the heat. The Villa is only a 5 minute drive to Cavtat (which we thought was amazing). We had a car for a couple of days but found we didn’t really need it as an Uber was only around 40kuna each way, and meant we didn’t have to worry about parking in the town. There is a lovely little bakery less than a 5 minute walk and a small supermarket about a 2 minute walk so we had everything available that we could need. If you want a nice relaxed holiday with the friendliest hosts, then this villa is a must. Thank you again

What an incredible find! Marina was the most wonderful host and we had such a special time in Cavtat. The location could not be any better near beautiful beaches and lovely restaurant. So calm and relaxing, and perfect for us with two young children. The house itself had everything for cooking at home and a lovely garden with pet turtles which our daughter enjoyed. Thanks so much - we will be back!

Wir sind zu 6 angereist. 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Jeder hat sich von Anfang an dort wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Sie war für Fragen immer ansprechbar und hat gute Tipps gegeben.Der Pool war warm, sehr gut gepflegt und sauber. Die kinder hatten ihren größten Spaß. Ausstattung der Küche wirklich gut , alles gepflegt und sauber. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und werden wieder kommen. Achso weil es hier immer wieder negative Bewertungen gab wegen dem Frühen säubern des Pools und dem frühen Check Out. Also ich habe niemanden gehört am Morgen. Die Vermieterin war sehr leise, der Pool sauber, der Grill aufgeräumt und Asche entfernt, was will man mehr. Der Check Out um 10 Uhr ist normal. Im Hotel muß ich auch aus dem Zimmer um 10 Uhr. Wenn nachmittags wieder Gäste kommen, sind 4 Stunden nichts um das Haus , die zwei Stockwerke , zu putzen.

Amazing Apartment, perfect location. Super warm and welcoming neighbor who made sure we had everything we needed. Looks even better than these pictures. Would definitely recommend this place! So close to everything you need in Cavtat:)

Ivo, Antonie a babička byli skvělí, komunikace, přístup, ochota, úplně úžasné, na uvítání káva a šnaps na stole :) pár minut odtud luxusní pláž. Nejsem zde naposled a už ne sám !!!

We stayed for 4 nights, the location is amazing, no traffic, the house it at the end of the street, amazing view of the sea from terrace. Water is just 1min. away, Has everything what you need, A/C works perfect. the hosts were very friendly and kind, market is 15min walking distance. Looking forward to come back!

Ane hat für ihre Gäste ein kleines Paradies geschaffen! Das Haus liegt an einem bewaldeten Hang, mit direkten Blick auf die traumhafte Bucht von Cavtat! Die gesamte Anlage ist liebevoll gestaltet, die Apartments sind modern und sehr sauber. Die Außenanlage lässt keinen Wunsch offen, von Pool und Whirlpool über Sauna, Gym, Barbecue Grill oder Waschmaschine, es ist alles da, was man für einen gelungenen luxuriösen Urlaub möchte! Ane ist den ganzen Tag über nebenan, sie ist immer für ein nettes Gespräch oder Fragen offen. Check in und Check out sind absolut problemlos. Ane ist so eine wundervolle Gastgeberin, wie man sich nur wünschen kann!!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ❤️🌺🌊🐟🏝️

My husband and I had a fabulous time at Ivanas. The apartment is just perfect with a beautiful and unrivalled view. Ivana is both responsive and helpful, and very friendly. There is a supermarket a walk away and several More in town. Also lovely restaurants and a wonderful bakers. The walk back from town can be a challenge but also perfectly manageable, bit of it’s too hot there are loads of taxis or even a bus. Cavtat is a wonderful town and Dubrovnik can be reached easily by water taxi. We did it for €20 return, was a lovely day out but we were very happy to get back to Cavtat. The apartment had everything you can ask for, elevated which means theres not only a lovely view but a breeze. For a small price there’s also a pool area that can be used, with showers, kitchen area, fridge etc. Ivana is a wonderful host who I woudo recommend and can’t wait to return. 10/10 for a magical stay

Lovely apartment great value for money, only downside is it’s on the flight path to the airport, lots of airplane noise until late at night

I had a fantastic stay! I highly recommend this apartment! Maro and Nicole were wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The restaurant food is excellent, and the location is peaceful with a stunning view of the Adriatic from the balcony. The garden is beautiful too and the apartment is very clean. I’d love to come back!

We had a very good experience staying at this apartment. It was clean and functional, offering all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. However, it’s a bit far from the city center, so having a car is recommended, although there is a bus stop nearby. A few amenities like soap and a hairdryer were missing, but I’m sure if we had asked Niko, he would have provided them. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would recommend it for those looking for a quiet place to stay.

The house was absolutely stunning! It was very clean and tidy and was decorated to perfection, we had everything we needed including all of the little things ( toastie machine, sanitary wear and cotton pads in the bathroom) The views from this villa are breathtaking they are even better than the pictures. The pool is very big which is perfect for the amount of guests. Ines was super helpful in organising taxis for us and going to the villa when we left a phone when we were on a day trip. My one piece of advice if your planning to stay in this villa would be to rent a car as we didn’t, and taxis can get very expensive ( €70 going to Dubrovnik, €40 to Cavtat etc) The closest supermarket is around a 10/15 minute drive it is walkable but it is a lot of up and down hill. The hosts even gave us a little gift when we were leaving which was so thoughtful! They provided us with milk juice, fresh bread cheese’s ham’s and fruit for when we arrived! Thank you so much for letting us stay!

My wife and I stayed for a week here and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We were met at the door and shown around. We were given a phone number to get in touch if we needed anything and then we were left alone. The accommodation and outdoor areas were immaculate and comfortable. Our host did laundry for us when we needed it and also made us a beautiful apricot cake. I would highly recommend this property and my wife and I will definitely stay here again if we travel back to Croatia.

This place is like a fairy tale. Every detail was made with thoughts. we stayed for 3 days and this is place to relax and enjoy yourself. we had a barbecue the last day, but you can also have a magical dich at the restaurant. in the garden you could find two turtle families. and the surroundings are stunning. there will be nothing else you could ask for. we loved it

Nino was a great host. Good communication before, during checkin and throughout our stay. The villa is wonderful. It had everything we needed. The pool was great and provided hours of fun for everyone. The mountain view from the villa is beautiful and relaxing. We had a wonderful time.

Niks anders dan lof over de gastvrijheid van Nena en de vakantie woning. Vanaf het vliegveld is het maar een klein stukje rijden. Nena en haar man ontvingen ons gastvrij in de woning. De woning zag er prachtig en schoon uit. We kwamen aan op een dag waarop alle winkels dicht waren. Nena had ervoor gezorgd dat er wat boodschappen in huis waren zodat er wat te eten en te drinken was en heeft ons ook tijdens ons verblijf laten genieten van haar kookkunsten. We hebben anderhalve week genoten van de woning, de prachtige rustige omgeving, het uitzicht, het fruit uit de bomen, het fijne zwembad. Het was echt vakantie. Een plek om te ontspannen.

This villa exceeded our expectations! As soon as we arrived we couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. The surroundings are so peaceful. The outside space was amazing, with great comfortable furniture for morning coffee in the sun. I loved the pool, which got so lovely and warm. The inside of the villa had everything you could possibly need. It was so homely and comfortable and the shutter blinds are a great addition! We wish we had booked for 2 weeks! We will definitely be back to stay again. Ivana and Mario were very kind and informative. They got book to us very quickly anytime we had questions. Hands down the nicest villa we’ve ever stayed in! Gorgeous villa with great attention to detail, very well kept and flowers and shrubs that looked stunning. The pool and small football/tennis area is across the parking area and not attached to house. The views are stunning and perfect to sit and gaze at in the evening. Everything we needed was in the villa and Andrea was on hand if we needed anything else and to help with places to go and places to eat etc. All in all an awesome holiday x

We have just returned home after a fantastic stay at Ana and Ivica's home for 8 nights. Our two young girls (aged 3 and 1) loved the pool, as well as the beautiful garden, which we spent so much time walking about it in and is even more impressive in person. We enjoyed how relaxing it was, especially whilst enjoying some food and drinks as we watched the sun go down over the mountainside every evening. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. Ana and Ivica couldnt have been more kind, including picking some cherries for the girls off their own cherry grove in the garden, or fishing out their pool toys from the filter. And when we left we forgot the girls jackets - Ivica called me and insisted on meeting me halfway rather than me driving back to the house, which was very kind. The place is perfect for families or couples wanting to escape and enjoy the beautiful Croatian tranquillity. Thanks for a great stay.
