The apartment was beautiful! The view was exactly as the photo depicted. The place was organized, clean, and was supplied with almost everything and anything we needed. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Hawaiian Getaway! This condo was absolutely perfect for our trip to Hawaii! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail. The view was stunning — waking up to the sound of the ocean and sipping coffee on the lanai felt like a dream. The location is ideal: close to the beach, great restaurants, and local shops, but still peaceful and quiet. The condo was stocked with everything we needed — beach chairs, towels, even a cooler for day trips. The kitchen had all the essentials, and we loved having the option to cook some meals at home. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and local recommendations that made our stay even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base in paradise. We’re already planning our next visit — highly, highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was clean, quiet and decorated beautifully. Loved the taco shop across the street. Also loved the farmers market across the street. The unit was well stocked with everything you need as far as cooking or a beach day. High quality toiletries were provided as well. I felt like the unit was even more spacious than the pictures. We came for my little sisters wedding and this was just the perfect little home away from home. Comfy beds, nice tvs, beautiful lanai. Just a short drive down to downtown. Great location. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise!

Super close to the beautiful magic sands beach and only 10 minutes away from manta ray snorkeling which was an amazing experience!!! Nice central spot for all the stops we had planned across the island. Howard was so friendly!

Fantastic condo. Bed was very comfortable. Loved having 2 bathrooms. Beach amenities were in closet, so no need to buy any. Coffee pot and electric kettle for hot tea was very appreciated. AC was quiet and kept the condo comfortable. There are some good restaurants next door. Loved the covered parking. Washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again.

We wish we could give this place more than 5 stars because it was beyond what we imagined. We stayed as a family of four and it was the perfect place to be for a nice five days of vacation. There were two bathrooms and two showers as well as two private bedrooms. There is everything you need for comfort, extra blankets and towels to use. On top of that, the washer and dryer in unit was a gem.The kitchen is so well equipped that we cooked without trouble and ate at the dining table with an amazing view of the sea. The water is literally right outside the lanai with nothing blocking your view. We spent most of our time in the living room because of the beautiful ocean view. The location is great with downtown Kona as a 5-10 min drive or a nice stroll. Marta was also so responsive and kind, and had everything organized and instructions detailed down. We would stay here again if we ever visit Big Island again!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was extremely accommodating with more amenities than we could use. The ocean was steps away with great tide pools for exploring. If you’re a surfer, there is a great wave directly outside. Rudy was fantastic. She even gave us an extra late check out because our flight was later in the afternoon. If I’m ever back in Kona, I will be staying here.

Glenn’s place was fantastic! It was exactly as pictured, new, VERY clean, and with an amazing aesthetic. The kitchen was equipped with everything you’d need and the basic condiments to make breakfast, dinner, sandwiches, etc. the balcony and sunset views were perfect for winding down with a drink at the end of the day or enjoying a coffee in the morning. Location was perfect, Kona is small, check-in was super easy and straight forward. We heard music and folks a few nights but it quickly died down after 10PM - really not a big deal. Glenn provides all the beach stuff you’d need - coolers, chairs, umbrella, hats! He really thought of every detail. The place honestly has a hotel feel to it, easily a 4/4.5 star. With the currency it was a bit out of our price range but I am SO happy we went for it. Treat yourself and do the same 🙂 Suggestion: rent a Jeep for the day & do the Mauna Kea sunset summit. Best beach to chill/swim: Kua Bay

Great location, beautiful views, clean house. My 3 yr old loved the little lizards around the property The sound of the birds chirping was peaceful & puts you right to sleep Lots of beach supplies to borrow and numerous towels

Peter and Lori are friendly and welcoming and their property is truly lovely -- it is evident that a lot of care, effort and thought goes into to maintaining it. The cottage makes a perfect home base for exploring the area. It is also so pretty and comfortable that you just might want to pick up a pizza, watch some Jeopardy and dream about what it would be like if every Friday evening was that perfect :) Thank you so much Peter & Lori!

I’d give 6 stars if I could! We booked Alexey’s place with our family of 4 - including our 3 and 1 year old and the house was the MVP of our trip. It’s beautiful and has pretty much anything you could ask for. The location is super close to everything in Kona and the pool was wonderful to come back to after spending the day at the beaches. Alexey was a great host. Highly recommend this house if you are traveling to the big island.

WOW WOW WOW!!! 11/10! We stayed at Barb’s oasis for a week (5 of us) and it was absolutely perfect. The house itself is amazing - very beautiful and spacious. We spent every morning and evening relaxing by the koi pond. The location of the house is perfect - access to wherever you need to go but not right in the middle of everything. The snorkeling at the bay right there is unmatched! Barb was amazing with communication and recommendations! Would absolutely, 100% stay here again! Mahalo, Barb!🌺

First of all, the area was amazing!! Manini beach was literally a 2-3 minute walk down the road for great snorkeling (gear is provided, if you need it) with a path for some amazing sunsets. There are a couple of fruit stands in the neighborhood, which was great for my mother’s daily banana stroll. You can see the bay from the amazing lanai that we spent so much time on to watch the snorkelers, kayakers and dolphins. The house itself was great! Split into half, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on either side, separated by an open concept living room and kitchen. The dining room is outside…where else would you want to sit down and eat? There were A/Cs in the bedrooms if you needed them, but the ocean breeze was usually enough for most of my party. There were lots of spices in the cabinets for cooking and some staples leftover from past renters. The long, winding and narrow roads make some great scenery, but also make your trip to anywhere else a bit long. I would definitely stay again.

Panoramic view was so nice and the location was good to travel around. Kids loved toys and sauces on the pantry and papaya from the tree on the house was amazing. My family had a pleasant time there, everything was peaceful and enjoyable. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Pictures simply do not do justice to the stunning views and gorgeous sunsets!! The home is spacious, extremely comfortable, well stocked, and the big island decor was perfect!! Would recommend without hesitation and hope to return again soon.

We had a lovely stay at Mary’s place. The home is nestled in a lush, serene setting and was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Mary and her property manager were responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We loved relaxing by the pool and taking evening walks to catch the sunset over the ocean at the nearby park. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, and we loved the open-air layout—it felt like a home away from home. Waking up to the sight and sounds of the ocean from the upstairs bedroom is something we’ll miss. Thank you, Mary, for graciously sharing your beautiful space with us! The memories our family made at this home are something we'll always hold dearly.

We had an amazing time in Hawaii staying at Mel’s place. The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The bed was super comfy, and we slept great throughout our entire stay. Mel was very responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience, from check-in to check-out smooth and stress free. If you're planning a trip to the Big Island, I highly recommend staying at his place. It’s absolutely worth it!

This place is exactly as described, quiet, clean, and close to everything in Waikōloa beach. The decor was nice and AC was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and the kitchen was stocked with all essentials for cooking! One thing cleaning-wise that would have been better is if the floor was mopped… walking around with bare feet, our feet got dirty quickly. However we will definitely be back to visit Carlos’ place.

Chad’s home was a wonderful. First of all he was great with communication. We were desperate because our original Airbnb reservation, the host never gave us the code to enter the home and never responded until a half hour before the original check in. Luckily with the Airbnb customer service help, we found Chad’s home. It was so relaxing waking up every morning to the water watching the surfers as we had our coffee. In the afternoon we took the best naps listening to the waves crash. The bed was so comfy, well stocked kitchen and lots of beach things like chairs, towels and coolers. We can’t thank Chad enough for the perfect Hawaiian stay!

This unit is a gem. The ground level, ocean front location is hard to beat. The decor is updated and gorgeous and the space is comfortable, while still be very modern and sleek. The space is laid out well and has everything you need to relax and be comfortable. The location right next to Magic Sands Beach is awesome and nearby grocery abs shopping options are very convenient. The hosts were proactive and friendly, and I had a stay without any issues at all. I would definitely stay here again.

I always pick a hotel/rental off of view and patio and this place did not disappoint. Gorgeous condo right off the 12th tee overlooking the crashing waves. Stunning beach and golf course views. Walking around the neighborhood and golf course paths was very nice. Condo itself was comfortable, modern, clean and has everything needed to feel at home. We cooked breakfast every morning and dinner every night and found the kitchen well stocked. Extras like coffee pods and creamer were much appreciated. Lots of little conveniences noted throughout the stay. Thank you!

A great place to stay!! Beautiful location, and quiet. the only downside was there was very little space to set toiletries, suitcases, etc. It was still very well worth the stay, though, and we really enjoyed it!

The location is perfect—quiet yet close to the city center, supermarkets, and tours. The gardens, pools (especially the saltwater one), and stunning sunset views with bird sounds were breathtaking. The thick walls ensured no neighbor noise, and the respect for quiet hours made for peaceful nights. The comfy sofa, bed, and high-quality toiletries added to the experience, and the well-equipped kitchen and convenient elevator were much appreciated. Thank you for a fantastic stay—we’d love to return!

We enjoyed our stay at Kal's. Great ocean and sunset views from the balcony. Easy to find, great location and lots of free parking. Within 5-10 min walk to downtown Kona where there are lots of eateries. Also within walking distance to a nearby beach. There is also a washer and dryer with the unit. It's awesome having clean clothes for our trip home.
