Beautiful one bedroom beach side apartment in perfect location, on Ali'i Drive across the street from Turtle Beach. Located 2 miles south of Kona Village which has cute shops and restaurants on the water and only 1 mile north of White Sands Beach. Walkable to Alii Gardens Marketplace. Kona trolley passes on Ali'i Drive only .3 miles away in both directions which takes you up and down the coast. Water and beach access across the street. Enjoy the best Kona has to offer and feel like a local.

Great Location, In Town, Modern and Clean

Great condo, right in town. Walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Newly remodeled condo, furnished with full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer. Fast wifi, air conditioning, and beach equipment for your use. You don't need a rental car, and you can enjoy the pool, hot tub, and BBQ area as well. Free parking stall included, you can walk to most restaurants and shops on Alii drive without having to pay the parking fees.

The living area features a welcoming arrangement with a spacious sofa and armchairs oriented towards a wall-mounted television. A dining table for four is present, alongside large glass doors that open to a balcony, enhancing the connection to outdoor views and natural light.
